Este sin dudas has sido uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos quedado en nuestro viaje por Guatemala. Tiene muy buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y un baño grande y con agua caliente. El precio es bueno y la atención siempre muy pendiente en ayudar.

Great location—close to restaurants and the lake, but removed from the bustle of Santander by a long driveway. Very comfortable plant-filled common space, including a fish pond and parrot.

Court yard. Bed was comfortable

Needs maintenance on window screens and water drainage in the kitchen and ceiling fan. When plugged into outlets, plugs were loose.

The shower in my bathroom was leaking and there was no way to fix it according to thebsraff. The bed was also skewed so I needed to try to sleep on one side rather than in the middle.

The shower was the best we had in weeks, hot and powerful! Very clean and comfortable place to stay by the lake with very nice staff and cute pets. Free tea & coffee was a nice touch :)

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating. We had an issue with our original beautiful rooms were on the second floor and all the bathrooms were on the ground floor. There was no way 2 women in their 70s could transverse the spiral staircase to the bathroom. The next day they accommodated us with ground floor rooms next to the bathrooms. We really appreciated their consideration. We really liked that the location is very secure. They lock the gates at night. So no one off the street could walk in. The gardens were lovely❣️

After the location of our rooms and the bathroom was corrected, there is nothing I didn't like. Room 14 needs a brighter light bulb. It was difficult to see. With our limited Spanish, we were unable to communicate this effectively.

close location to the lake front and restaurants and bars cosy area in out doors court yard to sit in free coffee and tea all day great value for money we were only staying for one night so it was perfect for pit stop before onward travel

furniture in room is outdated we had ground floor room facing into the court yard and could hear all the conversations in the evening and morning. hostel should put up a sign to ask guests to be considerate during certain times

Great property! EXCELLENT STAFF who support you as best they can (they deserve a raise)! Highlighting some of the pros and cons of my experience below: Pro: 1. EXCELLENT STAFF 2. AMAZING LOCATION - right near the boat taxis that allow you to travel to other local towns on Lake Atitlan (~2-5 min distance) 3. Safe location with access to shopping/food right outside the location 4. Beautiful inner corridor with a nice cat and parrot to keep you company outside the rooms 5. Spacious rooms Cons: 1. Room did not have access to a private washroom 2. Windows were not locked in our room, making it accessible from the outside 3. Found a cockroach in our room Note: Rooms do not have an AC/Heater from what we were aware, only a fan. All in all great place to stay with some notes that may or may not affect every traveller!

The room and all facilities were clean and comfortable. They advertise hot water and it most definitely was super hot. The location was excellent too, right at the end of Calle Santander so it was only a few minutes walk to the lake.

The stairs hand rails were a bit loose so when people walked up them. They made a lot of noise. Not ideal when waking up early for a trip to Tikal but minor all the same

Big and comfortable room. we were afraid to share bathroom, but it’s only shared with one other room, so no worries at all. localisation is amazing in center of city but away from noise. breakfast can be taken close by. highly recommended !

The value for the price is great! it is a good location, clean, quiet.

It does not have any very special atmosphere, for that I would look somewhere else.
