the lobby is beautiful. Open to the outside and stunning with fruit trees and beautiful flowers. the attached brewery is great. The beer and food were delicious.

The area around it isn’t the nicest but once you’re on property you can’t even tell you’re near the airport.

The food in the restaurant was almost inedible the hotel is quite daters and in need of some redecoration.

The hotel is very conveniently located for flying in and out of the San Jose airport and the shuttle service is very reliable. The hotel restaurant is good and the servers are extremely helpful and friendly. The desk staff has great English, which is helpful when trying to sort things out if you have questions or issues. The room was comfortable and the grounds are lovely.

In the first room I was given the floor of the bathroom was very wet (puddles). I don't know what actually caused that, but the staff quickly moved me to a different room, which I greatly appreciated.

The food at the restaurant was Amazing! Staff was polite and friendly. Close to airport and offered free shuttle.

Rooms are Not soundproof. Could hear people outside in the pool and in the hall.

Spacious room for a family of five, peaceful location, very clean, such a tasty traditional breakfast. The photos on booking.Com don't do it justice.
