The location was great and was easy to get around Central Pattaya with the tuktuk buses. The staff were also very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Room was always cleaned well and beds were super comfortable! A nice little touch was having the drying rack outside on the balcony where we dried all our wet clothes after swimming in the pool :) We’ve already recommended staying here to friends and family

Hallways to rooms look ok tired with green paint and old laminate flooring. Let’s the place down as rooms and reception/pool area very smart.

The pool only has about 10 sunbeds that are in the sun all day, that being said the design was incredible

Frankly, I do not like being around dirty chain-smokers, and the other behaviors that they tend to have. The biggest improvement that this beautiful hotel could make is to become 100 % non-smoking. That would improve the quality of the clients and, as a result, the value of the property

2 mins walk to tree town and soi bukow, but quiet rooms, really comfortable beds, nice staff , great little oasis in the pool area surprised it’s not 5 star??? My second stay here and won’t be my last

Great hotel located off 3rd Road - quiet location considering - whilst not exactly a large hotel had great facilities and good swimming area -well recommended. Staff in particular were fantastic

Great little oasis in central Pattaya probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in Thailand Highly recommended would be great from families as well, 2 min walk to tree town etc but still quiet nice staff, nice pools etc etc

Lot of people say the breakfast is nt great Its ok but lack of English at egg station causes a few issues. Fried eggs were cold. Poached eggs were drowning in water. Coffee was fab though

Had some problem with my door not opening, the staff had to open mij door in the middle of the night and my lock was replaced the next day. Thank you Ben and maintenance staff for helping me solve this problem.

The hotel was very good, clean and tidy, but the floor of my room needed mopping.

Only the floor was so dirty. There was no rubbish on the floor, just needed mopping.firs day when I walked sometime without sleepers, quickly my socks. were turning black.
