Peaceful and great views

The breakfast which is included is good. There's pancakes and eggs, done a different way each day plus good coffee, teas, fruit etc. They can arrange tours for you. We went on an "night safari" 7pm - 9.45pm with Edgar. We saw some tiny treefrogs and a baby snake. We had expected to see more but we're happy with the frogs. The hotel lend you wellies if you need them, and even at the end of the dry season I'm glad we borrowed them. The windows are all mosquito netted. It may be difficult to have the curtains open at night for the breeze though as both front and back windows are on to the communal terrace, however there are fans in the room. We enjoyed the hammock outside each room (in the main block). The view is fantastic. The option of a Cambodian evening meal each day is good. There's always a vegetarian option. It's a relaxing, peaceful and gorgeous place

The shower couldn't be used on the hook as it sprayed the whole room, you have to hold it to shower and getting the temperature you want, if it isn't freezing cold, is only possible for seconds at a time. Not major, but a bit of a pain.

Idyllic friendly mountain town with a quiet rural way of life off the beaten track.

Wonderful views across the valley from the patio and dining room. Spacious rooms with screened windows and ceiling fan. A fresh and hearty breakfast with local ingredients is included daily. The evening meals in the dining room are beautifully prepared and also fresh. Close to bus station.

Wifi is a bit weak away from main area.

Lovely if you are looking to escape and have some peace.

The breakfast was tasty-two mornings and different items each morning, the view is beautiful. It is very quiet and far from action. Santa Fe is a very small quiet town. For us, 2 nights was enough time.

It was lovely but basic.

Stayed 3 days with 4 people in one room- room not cleaned, but most importantly bin in toilet not emptied.

Gorgeous views from mountain hotel.

The view is absolutely amazing. They have a nice overview of activities in the area. The breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful.

Shower water is not super hot/low pressure, but so far up in the mountains that's not totally unexpected.

We didn't have hot water in our room. Not a huge deal and kind of expected.

The view from our patio was stunning! evening meals are served Thursday through Sunday and we didn’t miss any of them! So good. the rooms are very clean and attractive, and the staff amazingly helpful and kind.

the staff did not speak any English, service at the restaurant was very slow - but the food came out quick , we had only 2 minutes of hot water per day

when can I come back?!

Such a beautiful,, relaxing corner of the world— run by the most wonderful group of women! from the hammocks overlooking a perfect view to the super comfy rooms to the incredible food, I could’ve stayed for weeks. Plus couldn’t ask for a nicer owner, manager and staff, who I loved getting to know.

A nice, little, quiet hotel with big rooms and a beautiful garden with an amazing view. The staff are very friendly. The owner had to go to Santiago the same day as I left and took me the whole way with her car. Everything is clean and the food is really good. I highly recommend this place.

Relaxing Days in Santa Fé

Great Breakfast; from Orange Juice to Scrambled Eggs, Crepes, Cheese, Toast, Exotic Fruit: no wishes were left open. The location in the middle of the mountains is breathtaking! Sineth, the Cambodian Owner and Nathan, the Australian "Frontman" who cared for anything from Reception to Barkeeping, form a perfect team that simply makes your stay a delight. Tour proposals are part of the servide: a big book shows proposals to all those guests who don't like to stay all day long in the nicest spot of Santa Fé but want to see more ... one of the best ideas is a day trip to the Carrebean Ocean!

Our stay was sadly no more than just adequate. they need to concentrate a bit more on the hotel itself and not just rely

the restaurant was better than anything else in the area and the staff were quite friendly.

very little in the way of amenities. Poor lighting in our room and bathroom and no housekeeping in our room for our entire 4-day stay.

Location and food. The view of the central mountain range was spectacular, and the breeze keeps the premises with perfect temperature. The food is Cambodian, made by a real life Cambodian chef who happens to ve the owner of the hotel. All ingredients are local, with vegetables and spices grown on the premises

The food was a bit pricey for the accommodations. But well worth it. You just don’t expect it

the room was very clean. wifi was fast in the dining and public areas. beautiful view with a breeze blowing all day. included breakfast was ample.
