Très bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié de très bonne qualité!

We stayed on the 9th floor which had access to free beer/wine/coffee and snacks. We felt this was really valuable and enjoyed having access to these amenities. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. So much variety! The roof pool came in handy because it was so hot and humid when we were in Okinawa. It was really nice to be able to take a break at the pool.

It seems to be a common issue with all the hotel laundry rooms around Japan, but I would definitely suggest upgrading the laundry room. The hotel could use bigger, more efficient machines, and many more of them. There was some pretty stiff competition for those machines. And the dryers took forever to dry the clothes.

スタッフがあまり目を見て説明してくれなかった。かつ早口であり、案内の紙を手渡して貰えなかった。部屋にWiFi等を案内する資料がないためフロントに取りに戻った。 上層階はクラブラウンジの利用が可能とあったため、くつろげるスペースがありその中でアルコール類が楽しめると思い期待をしていたが大きく裏切られる形式であった。クラブラウンジについての情報や写真が非常に少なく過度な期待をしていたところがあったかもしれないがお得感や納得感はほとんどなかった。 インフィニティプールの利用に関しても着替えられる場所がなく水着のままうろつくことになるため不便さが際立つ。 沖縄らしさを楽しもうとしているならこのホテルでなくてもよい。地元民が特別な体験を求めているならこのホテルでなくても良い。中途半端な宿泊になってしまった。

We liked using the coin laundry on the first floor. Staff let us leave our luggage when we went out for the day. There is a gift shop in the foyer. The bathroom was pretty spacious.

We paid a little extra to have this nice hotel experience with the pool and bar, but due to the typhoon that didn't actually come to Naha, these facilities were closed by the hotel. The rooms themselves were not that nice, so it turns out we paid for an expensive but not that flashy room but couldn't use any of the facilities. The room itself was pretty small and not that comfortably organised. It's a big hotel so often there was congestion at the lift.

Room smelled like mold, and bed and bedding were uncomfortable.

Great place honestly, had no issues whatsoever. Good surroundings as well.

Pool is warmish even in the off-winter-season, rooms are clean. 15-20 mins walk to the kokusai street so you might need a taxi on sunny days because it can be a bit tough to walk that much under okinawa sun.

I wish they said that the swimming pool had a no tattoo policy as I would have booked somewhere else to be able to enjoy the outdoor space more freely.

it’s very nicely located in the Naha city. close to ferry port and walking distance to main restaurant and shopping area. The pool and jacuzzi on the 10th floor are amazing.

We liked our stay mostly. no issues.

Nice rooftop facilities and happy hour was good.

Staff were pretty unaccommodating when we asked about staying for an extra couple of hours due to a later flight. Room was tiny and dated - smelt like drains and damp everytime we went in the room.

There is a bubble hour when they fire up a bubble machine inside, fun for photos. The shower pressure was good. Far enough away from the main strip that it isn’t hectic. Some great local restaurants.

The lifts need an algorithm update, and a secure swipe. You can inadvertently find yourself on a never ending tour of each floor. This is possibly the oddest Buffet ever, like breakfast lunch and dinner rolled into one. Wine in a trough, beside the crepes- sans crepe making machine and there was a hard sell at reception on getting included breakfast. We did one day, then went elsewhere. The pool is open from 10-7 for guests and then from 7-10pm at a cost of 1000 Yen. Bed was lumpy.

The staff which attend to my checking is rather rude and kept insisting there is an issue with my card which I have been using successfully before and after the stay with no problem. I end up paying by cash and my card was charged as well. I had made an appeal but my card status still showing pending for the transaction.
