ホテルはとても良かったのですが、隣のお部屋の方が壁をドンドン叩くような音が暫く続いて安心出来ませんでした。

Another great stay at Toyohashi Hotel Associa

A repeat stay after 4 years but the quality remains great. Room was large and comfortable( after an upgrade by our choice). Staff were very helpful & courteous. Location is great for our purpose..to watch the Toyohashi Gion Fireworks festival which was as spectacular as 4 years ago. Access to good & well priced food was easy.

Disappointed and Disappointed with this very high value and has nothing comfortable

They need to be more attentive to guests

The rooms need to be cleaned. The furniture is dirty and the pillows are not comfortable and the bathroom has nothing for personal hygiene and the toilet is not clean and has an unpleasant smell. For a 4 Star hotel at the quality of everything and horrible. Breakfast has no taste of anything. Just like a hospital meal. Disappointed with your 4-star hotel. The very high value for a room that has nothing comfort or cleanliness.

Toilet very smelly, properly came from the drain hole. Booked for two pax but pillow given one big one small, not very appropriate. Room is small but ok for one night.

A nice stay at a convenient location, especially if you are traveling onwards to other places.

The location was great, accessible via toyohashi train station directly. You have many transport options at hand - Shinkansen, trains, taxi, local tram. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff were professional and could speak English well enough for a conversation.

Convenient

The beds are very hard & uncomfortable. Probably not in every room. We had to change rooms & pay more which was a little disappointing as we had stayed several times in the past with no problems.

Convenient location, friendly service, comfortable bed, English OK.

The hotel is situated at the train station, and lower floors are a shopping area. We were able to grab a quick dinner in the shopping area, and then shop for souvenirs before heading back to the hotel to rest. It was perfect for how convenient it is. The staff is very friendly and helped our family to plan our visit to the natural history museum, as we didn't know about pre-purchasing the ticket ahead of time. The staff even lent our kid a book from their library and a thermometer in the middle of the night. I checked in using English just fine.

The breakfast although had a wide selection, I feel the quality could have improved. I didn't like the texture of the scrambled egg, it was very mushy and not eggy at all. Also the breakfast started a little late to me, I don't know if it was because it was on a Sunday 7:00am. Parking for our minivan was a little far, not adjacent to the hotel.

Simple, comfortable room in a great location.

The location is superb. The hotel is directly connected to Toyohashi Station. The rooms are simple but clean and have all the basic amenities you may need.

Excellent location and good value for an interesting city trip

The location in the Toyohashi train station was excellent. The bus station is just outside, with buses and trams. The room was spacious and comfortable. We thought it was good value. There's a department store and supermarket in the station, as well as a Family Mart convenience store at the entrance to the hotel. Toyohashi itself is interesting with a castle ("Yoshidajo"), a reconstructed house originally built about 1800 years ago, a beautiful plum orchard and a great little café at the Toyohashi City Art Museum (near the castle).

The breakfast, which we didn't buy, was overpriced we thought.

Couldn't sleep

Great location and customer service is nice.

The air-conditioner cannot be changed from cooler to heater. Meaning in winter, it will only allow you to use the heater. The room just ends up stuffy if you don't turn anything on. End of the day, I slept for 3 hours.

Clean, pleasant hotel for train travelers that need the conveniences of that location.

The rooms were clean and roomy for a city hotel, with lovely views of the surrounding city scape. Room, lobby area and halls were nice and smartly decorated.

Hotel sits on top of the train station so you can hear and feel the trains below though we were on an upper floor. It wasn't loud but you could sense it regardless. Parking is available but poorly marked and hard to find. Our car (Volvo V60) ended up being too big for the parking tower nearest the hotel so we were pointed to another direction to find alternatives. It wasn't until we checked in that we were told of where the hotel's alternative parking was. Granted this hotel is primarily aimed at customers arriving by train but the poor instructions on where we could park was frustrating, especially not knowing the area at all.
