Location could not be better. The only proper hotel in the plateau. The worst thing about montreal is all the hotels are downtown or in the place des arts district. The location of this hotel is directly above the Sherbrooke metro. No steep hills to walk up and no sketchy neighbours you have to walk through.

The price was higher.

Coffee machine out of order in room.

The location is amazing! The staffs were very nice as well and they gave me an upgrade in my room with a lovely view in the morning and night. Lovely breakfast with a lot of varieties. Easy to get stuffed with quality food after the first round. We had an amazing night.

I didn't like how they charge everything when we need something. At least, the coffees and teas were free. The service was a little slow in the beginning.
