Our room was spacious with a wide bed.
The AC was rather noisy,but it was a very powerful one so it's not really a complain.

The location was very good. The staff was polite.
The room didn't have a double bed as advertised. It was a twin room with two beds moved together (there were two mattresses as well) instead. We were too tired after a long journey to ask for a room change. The sleep was not comfortable at all, as we kept falling into the space between the beds.

Great breakfast and nice service
Pretty noisy during the night... Windows are not isolating well enough if people are shouting outside. Waterpipes and AC are also loud

Really clean, nice and modern room with huge comfortable bed and big bathroom.
All needed stuff as towels, hair dryer, cosmetics etc. available.
The service is very friendly and ready to help.

Review from my son and friend whom I booked this for, location to bars restaurants etc fantastic the staff in hotel very polite and friendly excellent English spoken so no communication problems didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment but believe was really good.
Hotel met all needs as I said so no complaints at all, says what it is on the packet !
The only issue they had is that Poznan albeit a beautiful city a lot of buildings be refurbished so a little messy in main areas
