The entire team was extremely helpful and kind. the hotel was in a great location.

Unfortunately the commode needed attention with filling. The plunger in the mechanics was not working properly. in all fairness, staying only one night I didn’t even bring it to anyone’s attention. I was not a big fan of the mattress nor the furry blanket. I’d prefer a duvet so that everything is laundered my personal preferences it may not bother anybody else.

only issue was that the toilet broke the day we were leaving.

the steps/entry to the hotel. need a ramp to help with luggage; staff were very helpful though with the luggage assisting to bring heavy suitcase up to steps. but then again, it does add bit more authenticity and character to the property.
