Every comfortable

A messy hotel in a great location

Nice bathroom and mirror

AC/Bathe broken, tv not working well, sauna took 5 calls to work, no one speaks English, no sofa bed for the first 2 days, a mess in general do not recommend 100%

Not a bad choice for a couple of nights stay

If they see something broken in the room, they would fix it automatically without me telling them.

I did my booking before 3 months of my arrival to the hotel, so I expected to get the rooms exactly as the pictures, big and comfy. Yet, the rooms I got weren't like the ones I booked at all, they were so small...

The location was right in the centre it was a short walk from the markets.

The hotel lobby was pretty clean. The lifts were very convenient

In the rooms later in the evening a really bad sea smell would come in and affected our stay.

Location was good and staff were helpful.

In the middle of the night we were woken up by the disgusting smell of sewage. It lasted the whole night into the morning. We were told that the smell is because Izmir smells - though we were on the fifth floor and the window was shut so not sure how the smell from the gulf could reach us. Plus there was no smell before and seemed to come from the AC unit somehow. Anyway - I'm sure there is a solution and it is unacceptable to just say yeah the city stinks. Couldn't sleep at all as the smell was so strong. Also it says it is a 4 star hotel, although I'm not sure how as I don't think their facilities are of a 4 star hotel.

Location and staff were good.

Poor breakfast, there is no juice or sweets at all. Just few type of cheese, sausage, boiled eggs, absolutely tasteless olives and some vegetables alongside tea/or water from dispenser. Awful lightning in room and hallways. They provide us with the worse possible room as I understand because we booked from Booking.com not from local travel agency or directly. I'm sure they won't give any attention to this comment they already have good business from local partners.

not as i expected

not as expected

it was not as expected. i have been all over the world and have experienced that the 4 star hotel have very good facilities but what I experienced with this hotel I hardly rate it 2 star only. we were very much disappointed.

wifi doesn’t work. poor service. the rooms are very old and dark there not proper lighting. The hotel is poorly managed

Not very comfortable

It was very close to konak and all the main attractions in Izmir.

The Wifi reception was really bad, everything in the property was outdated, the bathroom flushes were broken. Even though I asked the staff to fix them they said they will have a look at it and never did.

Staff was not helpful For a 4* hotel very poor morning breakfast Asked for boule bed got 3 single beds Asked to pay straight in check in without even checking the room that i didn't like and have to change it wich waisted my time I check in after 20:00 pm No parking for our car Was unpleasant stay

Location was close to the city but even the atraction park was mention open in Internet went there but was closed
