Refined hospitality in downtown Minneapolis

The hotel has a superb gym / athletic facility, in part due to its joined location with a residential facility. The breakfast and dinner options are limited but quite good, as are the confection and the presentation. The staff are warm and immensely helpful, from restaurant suggestions to finding a specific brand of yoghurt that was listed on the menu but not readily available. Valet parking attendants serve double duty as informal concierges, which adds to the warmth and spontaneity of the place.

Exceptionally lovely

The staff was lovely. They helped us find a lovely way to spend our day, upgraded our room, and treated us to a cake and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. They were welcoming and professional. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the extra large tub was divine. Thank you for a sweet memory and a lovely stay!

Wonderful staff, comfort, aesthetic, and location—a must stay!

The staff was exceptional, very kind and eager to assist in any way. They were also quite personal and authentic with their communication. Rooms were great, including the tub and shower. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel had some of the best pillows ever.

My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and go to the spa. So that means we’ll be back!

Perfect visit to Minneapolis!

The restaurant had spectacular food and wonderful service.

Had trouble with our room's TV but an employee was prompt at fixing the issue. Ultimately, it was a minor inconvenience

Nice hotel. I would definitely go back.

Loved the basement bar and well equipped gym. Good location, lovely atmosphere, well appointed room. Good job all round.

Carpet near front door needs replacing. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Great location

The location was great for exploring downtown Minneapolis. Easy to walk around. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

For the price, I think the spa facilities should be included in the price.

we did not eat breakfast, timing was not convinient.

room had a funny smell and bedsheets were wet. housekeeping did not came in when it was requested,

This is a amazing hotel. I will stay there again in the near future.

The hotel was so amazing. Its literally 15mins or less from everything. The place was very clean and staff were always willing to help you in any way.
