Very charming hotel with nice rooms in an older setting but with all modern comfort. Breakfast was traditional but very good. Staff was super friendly.

Very nice environment but hotel needs maintenance and upgrade. Loved the antiques furniture, very homely and cosy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Loved the dining area with woodfire place. Breakfast is OK. Location is close by to visit all the sightseeing - Sirince Village, Ephesus archaeological sites. The hotel is ready for temporary closing to do maintenance work. Should be good after the makeover.

Excellent value. Old and atmospheric but with adequate modern touches (e.g. decent bathroom, aircon and a fridge). Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant walled garden with a pool. Good breakfast, restaurant in evening, we didn't eat there (wish we had as we chose poorly in the town) and bar has wine.

Nothing at this price level this was all you could reasonably expect.

the garden area was relaxing and peaceful. the pool was refreshing. the hostess was curious about it how she could be helpful.

We booked this hotel for it's easy and central location, proximity to Ephesus, and because it looked "original" at a very competitive price. We were very pleasantly surprised by absolutely excellent, personal service, many small touches, an unexpected room upgrade, good advice, swift and tasty dinner, and the fact that the staff specifically laid on breakfast for us long before the normal time because we needed to leave very early.

My only regret is that our stay was so brief. We would have loved to spend longer at the hotel, chat more with the staff, and enjoy facilities like the pool.

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful. The decor was quirky and the atmosphere so calming. The breakfast was gorgeous. Thank you Hotel Kalehan for making our stay in Selcuk so nice.

Excellent Turkish breakfast. We loved the fresh fruits and baked goods.

The hotel is charming - an eclectic mix of antiques and collections of pieces acquired by the owner's family. It has a lively garden and pool and is very well maintained. Breakfasts were excellent and evening meals very good.

The evening menu was very good quality and dishes were freshly prepared but there was quite a small range of dishes. Perhaps a little more variation?

At first we were worried as the property is right on a main road, but then you go inside and see the pool and beautiful garden and it’s quite peaceful. Beautiful room with lots of space, great food and breakfast and helpful staff.

as soon as we stepped into the lobby, we knew it was going to be a very special stay. We had a warm welcome and the accommodations were phenomenal. The hotel is unique as it was built with salvaged architectural pieces which gave the building an old World feel. Layered upon that were gorgeous rugs, beautiful furniture and comfortable linens. Our hosts couldn’t have been more charming and welcoming. The center courtyard with a pool and rose garden was relaxing and elegant. And finally, our breakfast was delicious. We travel quite a bit, all over the world, and this hotel was truly one of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying in.

We simply loved everything about our stay in this beautifully furnished hotel. All the staff were so friendly and wanted to ensure our stay was great. Even a fire was lit for us in a lounge area in the evening. The bed in our stylish room was very comfortable, overlooking a wonderful rose garden and swimming pool. That was a great treat at the end of our day exploring Ephesus. The food was the best we have had on our cycling trip so far and our breakfasts were varied and delicious. Thank you so much again everyone! It was lovely meeting you.
