Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was definitely not as advertised, not ala carte, please change the photos on your website. Had breakfast outside. The room felt very claustrophobic and had to ask for a soap and shampoo after 3 days of not being replenished this sounds a little petty but the simple details make a stay. Beautiful interior garden although the top terrace was not maintained.

The property is a beautiful colonial mansion with a gorgeous garden in the courtyard that is well kept. the staff and the property manager Ruby are very accommodating, friendly and ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and we were lucky to stay in a room with AC that made all the difference. The location was perfect for us, so central, so we could come and go easily.

What a beautiful quaint boutique hotel. You feel like you are in Spain or Italy. Best location ever, half a block to cathedral and town center plaza, multiple restaurants and bars to walk to. Luscious courtyard and roof top with multiple comfortable, shade seating areas. Our king size room was absolutely stunning, very large comfortable bed, lockable safe, English TV, drinking water in room, super dark and quite at night. The bathroom has everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer. They changed towels and cleaned room every day. You do not need AC and every room has an adjustable attic fan inlet. The included breakfast was very good with multiple choices, they even where able to accommodate a dairy free selection, bonus! Everyone at the hotel speaks English and is very nice and accommodating. They gave us a map of Antigua and marked historic sites and restaurant/bar locations. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel

This place is located in the very center of town. The staff were excellent; friendly and very professional.

The room I got was extremely noisy, and I heard noise from the street constantly.

Having to ring the bell to get in each time would be frustrating. No sure why a second key is not provided. This is my second time doing this review due to the crap booking.com uploading caused by having a survey request interrupting final submissions.

The beds were comfortable, and it was safe and secure. The staff was nice.

The room was very small, we had 2 double beds and could barely move around in the room. They also use fabulouso to clean, so if you're sensitive to chemical cleaning products, you may have a hard time. It is also relatively overpriced. Wifi signal is super weak. We had to sit in the garden to work and get signal. It didn't reach the room. All would be OK, but not for the price.

The staff are the nicest, even serving coffee before the time when we had to leave early. the inside garden is beautiful and the rooms and entire hotel is super cozy and comfortable. the location is also great, one block away from the main square

This is our second stay here and we love the coziness. The atmosphere and gardens are beautiful! The front desk staff is great, and even helped with luggage for a 2am departure. Special thanks to Oscar!

It was really hot while we were in Guat, and we are spoiled with AC at home. They do provide a nice room fan that really cooked us off!

Loved how beautiful the hotel was!! Everything was so amazingly decorated and clearly well curated. We couldn't believe how lucky we got considering the price we paid seemed to be quite a deal for the spectacular accommodations we received!!!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly upon our arrival and during our entire stay! The hotel was a lot more beautiful than I imagined it to be. The room we stayed in was really nice, it had tall ceilings and lots of space for 3 people. We definitely appreciated that the room had both a ceiling fan and a floor fan since it would get hot during the day! The hotel is in a very central location within Antigua. We were within walking distance to a lot of attractions, cafes and restaurants. My friends and I had a such an amazing stay!
