The location is great. The hotel lobby and pool are 5* standard but the rooms need some upgrading

The air conditioning in the room was poor. There was no mirror near an electric socket in the bedroom. Restaurant/pool side service was slow.

Cet établissement semble offrir un niveau de standing comparable à un hôtel quatre étoiles, mais il présente quelques lacunes. Le choix au petit-déjeuner est limité. La salle de sport ne dispose que de quelques machines, principalement pour les bras, et deux d'entre elles ne fonctionnaient pas, elles sont très vielles. L'hôtel semble assez ancien. Le personnel à la réception n'est pas très aimable. Nous sommes mangé dans leur resto juste en face de l'hôtel. Attente interminable et les frites étaient froid. Je ne prévois pas d'y retourner.

Relaxant et ressourcant

La gentillesse et le sens du service du personnel. Toujours souriant et à l'écoute. Les petits déjeuners très variés et excellents. Le service de chambre se faisait 2 fois par jour . Propreté irréprochable.

Je trouvais dommage que l'accès au Hamam et Sauna n'était pas compris dans le prix comme l'accès à la piscine et qu'il n'y avait pas la possibilité pour une demi pension.

Nice hotel with a fairly high standard but has seen better times. Perfect mix between beach right in front of the hotel and beautiful historic town within a 4 minute walk. Great private beach and sun beds with a beach bar. Also nice colonial style bar.

Has seen better times and you see the age. Would not rate it a 5 star hotel anymore. Personell seemed a bit over overwhelmed in particular during breakfast. Regularly one had to wait because things were empty and not refilled.

The management team was excellent and we’ll be back.

The management team was top notch. The location can’t be beat. Facilities were good, especially the heated sea water pool. The beds were super comfortable.

There were issues during check in, but the staff later amended any problems and were very generous. Overall it’s a little pricey, but we’d return nonetheless.

A not great hotel!

it’s location is good being opposite the beach

The hotel is very tired and could do with a refurb. The beds are most uncomfortable and the mattresses sag in the middle. Pillows are hard, our room had an unpleasant odour, the basin was cracked and the over bath shower head was caked with lime scale. The water did not drain away for a long time ! The pool area beds are smelly. We booked for 3 days but left after one night. The manageress was charming and refunded the 2 nights . We found many wonderful , stylish and exceptional Riads in the médina and continued our holiday in one of them. Far better value for money.

This hotel really should be a three star hotel and not a five star hotel. The hotel is somewhat outdated. the beds are not very comfortable and the food at breakfast was average.

Comfortable magical location amazingly clean and very attentive staff. Incredibly welcoming.

The grounds were beautiful as was the room and the views from the room onto the garden and pool. I really liked the gym. The staff as always were fantastic. The bar is atmospheric. The view from the beach bar is beautiful.

This hotel is excellent and luxurious. The bed was the most comfortable we had in Morocco. The location is the best in front of the beach. I also enjoyed the heated pool.

Spa booklet didn't have the full price written with tax. I was a little surprised at the end with my bill that it was more than written in the booklet. But my spa treatment was excellent I received a hammam, oil massage and facial it was marvelous, the masseuse was very well trained.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, staff so friendly and helpful. I asked for suggestions for a birthday dinner and not only did they book on our behalf they also organised a surprise birthday treat on arrival, above and beyond.

A+. Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel. We wish we stayed for couple of more days. The hotel was very nice, clean rooms. Worth the price and location. Location was the best. right in front of beach, where you can have so much fun swimming, play in the sand, walking and enjoy the Sunset or Sunrise. We had a room facing the beach, so enjoyed the view in our balcony. Also 5 min walk from Medina, where you can shop and Lots of restaurants where u can eat. The hotel has out door swimming pool and a very nice indoor hot pool (BIG jacuzzi).

not at all the level expected for an m gallery. poor breakfast quality, ageing decor, ants in the room, spa where you had to book even the thalasso pool and no free access to the hammam. more club med than m gallery
