Only good thing about this property was the pool.

When we first arrived they didn’t give us the room we booked and paid for, which was a king suit with a sofa bed and pool view. Went back down as we need the second bed for our daughter. They switched our room and we ended up in a king bed with a sofa bed and a parking lot view. Which was not what we paid for. We went back down the next morning to see if we can get it fixed but they said that’s all they have. If you are booking a pool view, it is not a guarantee you will get it. Also while down there at the front desk, they kept saying my card was declined and argued with me about it in front of other guests, even though it was already charged for over $1800CAD the days prior to arrival through booking.com. Turns out it wasn’t even my card they had on file as the last digits didn’t match any of my cards. Parking is $28 a day to park in the hotel parking lot so make sure to take that into count when booking this place. Located in a sketchy area, was homeless people in the parking lot when we would go to our vehicle and didn’t feel safe walking with our daughter down the sidewalk on the main road to check out stores. There is no daily room cleaning, it must be requested the day before. After we found that out, we started to request room cleaning, but only had our room cleaned once out of the 5 nights we stayed. Was very disappointing coming back to a room not cleaned after it was requested. The restaurant was expensive for what you get. The front desk staff are rude. If I could of canceled our stay after the first night I would of. We didn’t even want to come back to the hotel during the day to relax as we didn’t want to be there. The last night we were there, there was a shooting at a apartment building in the area also.

Great facilities. Great coffee in the rooms. Good location.

Clean but the hotel like most things in the US is a bit dated. They don't service the room daily...which was sort of odd given the price point. $250 a night

Le confort de la literie, le personnel à l'accueil très aimable, la piscine, la propreté générale et l'emplacement. L'hôtel possède un parking ( 28$/jour) Ne vous garez pas sur le parking du centre commercial même si l'envie est tentante car il y a un service de sécurité qui vous fera retirer votre voiture.

Le bruit de l'ascenseur jour et nuit !! Notre chambre était proche de l'ascenseur et un bruit type grincement se faisait entendre à chaque utilisation par les clients. Demandez une chambre loin de l'ascenseur !

Prima hotel, beperkte kaart maar wel goed eten, super ontbijt. Heerlijk zwembad. Goeie lokatie vlak bij Venice en Sta Monica.

Relatief duur en betaald parkeren bij het hotel erg duur.
