Prachtig hotel, heel schoon, vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, goede kamer. Wat wil je nog meer! Top verblijf gehad.

Fantastic hidden gem

Lovely welcome at reception, the staff were great and very attentive, was lovely having access to complimentary tea/coffee and the honestly bar in the evening was a nice idea. The location was great, about 5/10 minute walk to the metro with nice bars and restaurants in the area. Being residential it was so quiet in the evenings!

As all rooms in Paris, it was a little small, but it was still comfortable enough, the beds were a little firm, but nothing that would stop be returning in the future.

pretty modern and newly refurbished. clean and overall well kempt. very polite and pleasant staff. free coffee and pastries despite not having bought breakfast. overall great stay!

we knowingly booked the ‘small room’ but it is truly very very small and not a room for more than a couple of nights. I think fairly overpriced given the room size. if it wasnt for the room size everything was excellent

We really liked staying here (other than the shower odor). We wish we would have stayed here the entire time we were in

- Friendly and helpful staff. - Lovely, modern, yet cozy decor in the lobby/lounge and dining area. - Clean room, with a queen and twin bed for the triple (I was traveling with my two teens, so having an actual bed versus a cot or a couch was very nice for my oldest). - Tea and coffee downstairs was a very nice touch. - Breakfast is available in the morning for a fee.

-The only thing we didn’t like was that there was a very strong sewage/sulfur type odor coming from the shower drain in the morning, which was strong throughout the bathroom.

Great stay at a clean hotel

The hotel was spotless. We've stayed at many hotels of the same category in the 15th arrondissements, and this one was by far the most clean. The beds are stiff but comfortable. The personnel was very nice. Will return.

the location is not very central but near a Metro station with very frequent trains. all in all, this was not a disadvantage

Stayed in the hotel for two nights. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help with everything. Special shout to Alex for the lovely service. The hotel was clean, breakfast was simple but nice, the facilities were modern. The location was quiet and only 5 min away from the metro. Plenty of restaurants close by to eat. I would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The best in Paris for price/performance

Hotel Moderniste made our first experience in Paris unique and unforgettable. The metro station "Convention" is just 5 min away and the bus station is across the street. We really liked our room and found the winter garden so cozy. Special thanks to Mr. Alex, who is working at the reception here.

Great boutique hotel

Beautiful and well decorated property. Friendly en attentive personnel. I forgot my electric toothbrush and hotel contacted me right away to check how they could help to make it come back to me again. Great service.
