Excelente ubicación. En día despejado se puede ver el volcán desde la habitación. El personal super atento. El desayuno bien, limitado a opciones fijas.

Excellent location, great value!

The location is excellent, easy walking distance to everything in downtown Fortuna. Clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant overlooking a river. Parking available. Good wifi.

Pricey for what you get. The furniture (Pool area and balcony) were outdated and in need of a glow up.

Excellent place, really helpful staff, beautiful setting and great value

Great location for exploring La Fortuna. staff were really helpful in organising trips. we loved the frog garden and having breakfast next to the stream was fantastic.

We appreciated the secure parking. The garden by the river was magical, especially for a night walk. We also enjoyed the pool for a morning swim. .

Excellent stay. I would return.

Great location! In town but quiet and right beside a river and jungle area. Wonderful view from our room. There’s a fantastic family run restaurant on site. Excellent breakfast that is included. Friendly staff. Free parking. Security at night. Very clean and spacious room.

The only complaint was that our bed was very hard. I did mention it to the receptionist on the way out. She said she would make a note. A mattress topper would help.

Basic hotel that does the job, friendly staff

Good location and helpful reception staff. The pool and breakfast areas of the hotel were nice.

Rooms were basic and the air con was leaking, the room felt a little damp.

Excellent location, lovely staff, great restaurant on site, free wildlife! Saw a sloth up close while having lunch, nice refreshing pool, an area to look for frogs at night, big rooms with comfy beds, lovely breakfast 😊

Wonderful introduction to Costa Rica.

This hotel is on the edge of town along a river, quiet and tranquil. Away from the “tourist” section of town. The staff was kind and helpful. There were several choices for breakfast, all delicious. The bakery next door was excellent.

Very comfortable bed and room. We were given an upgraded room with no extra charge and had a wonderful view of the stunning Arenal Volcano.

The breakfast was dissappointing. When we asked for extra toast we had to pay for it. I also asked for milk for my coffee. I was told they only provided powdered milk. I insisted on milk and was reluctantly given some. I had the same conversation on our second morning. A niggling annoyance as I think milk is a basic and not a luxury!

very enjoyable, clean, and highly recommend!

The hotel was centrally located in La fortuna making it easy to walk around and find things we needed and enjoy the restaurants nearby. It was easy to arrive at, and we got picked up from our our tours directly from the lobby. And the front desk was extremely welcoming.

Very clean great location big room great shower the staff was very kind, helpful an cooperative.

Stairs to second floor no elevator. The curtains transparent therefor the room doesn't stay dark in the morning. Breakfast is needs big improvement.
