Fijne kamer voor met klein kind van 3-4 jaar

Fijn hotel voor met een kind. Er zijn weinig hotels waar je een tweepersoonsbed en een derde bed in zit. Meestal krijg je losse bedden of geen kinderbed. Kennen ze niet. Dus was erg blij dat dit kon.

Lovely place in an easy to access location, and a good breakfast option.

The staff have included so many thoughtful details in our room, and though the space was small, it was cleverly designed. The bed was so comfortable. We had such a good night's sleep! And the breakfast was so interesting, with a range of tasty, filling Japanese options at a reasonable price. A great way to sample a range of foods we hadn't tried before. The staff were cheerful and helpful and it was easy to walk around the area, even at 10 pm, from the train station. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Great location and price close to everything in Tokyo

Great location really close to several train stations, at the end of the Ginza shopping district. Super close to the Tokyo Tower. Nice and quiet location. Fab shower and decent sized room for 5 of us. Staff were very friendly and we could leave our bags securely for our final day in Tokyo.

Bathroom felt a little grubby… black mold in the sink overflow and not very clean at the floor edges around the bath and toilet.

The two is missing house keeping two days and we want room to be clean everyday

Front counter staff was very helpful and great service

Breakfast is same food everyday because we stay 6 days , some kitchen staff are not wearing clean uniforms , the trouser have holes and T shirt, uniform are very important for your hotel presentation, because I come from business background so I want to fill your success with some small error

Overall, the property was clean. Beds and rooms were very small and the beds were not comfortable.

I liked the location to the subway station and the quiet neighborhood.

I did not like the food at breakfast. To me, they could have changed things up every day and included more western options on their menu like pancakes, omelette station. The scrambled eggs were very runny and the food options seemed odd (broccoli and seaweed salad for morning?)

Agréable séjour dans un hôtel bien situé et très propre

La chambre était très belle, avec de très bons lits. Très propre!

Le petit-déjeuner, non inclus, est plutôt cher et pas très copieux. Avec un café “cafetière” difficile à apprécier pour les amateurs de bon café. On ne l’a pris que le 1er jour. Ensuite, on a pris le petit déjeuner ailleurs.

Easy check in, friendly staff, and comfortable room.

Location was great. Quiet but still close to everything such as Ginza and a few stops away from other major wards.

There was a strange email about paying extra for something and it wasn’t very clear.

Great Hotel

As we were living close by, we arrived at the hotel before 11 a.m. local time. They welcomed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in. The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from Daimon Station. Hamamatsucho Station is about a 10 minute walk. After a long "arduous" day, we arrived back at the hotel. Check-in was efficient, and to our surprise, they took our luggage to our room. We really appreciate this small gesture. Entering the room, we were greeted by 2 large beds plus a single bed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was of decent size. The beds were comfortable. There was also a small table large enough to place our "shopping" from the convenience store nearby. Staff was courteous and professional. Check out was also efficient. Will book again!

The location was a short walk from the JR station where you have access to many food options along the way.

安心出来るホテル

ロケーションとコスパがとても良かったです。都営地下鉄とJRの二刀流で、移動が楽で、コンビニも多く居酒屋や美味しいパン屋さんやカフェもあり良かったです。駅からすぐ東京🗼タワーが見えるのも魅力です。大門方向に行く途中、ラーメン屋さんドラッグストアやたい焼き屋さん11時まで。カラオケも行けて鳥貴族でも楽しみました。シャワー🚿圧力良好。排水も良好。充電ケーブルもタイプ別にあり助かりました。スタッフさんの対応とても落ち着いていて良かったです。エレベーター🛗も早かった。事前問い合わせ電話やメッセージもとても丁寧に対応して下さいました。ありがとうございました。ベットは140 女性2名なら、楽々です。アメニティはDHC。ボディタオルあり。

最終日パジャマがテレビの上にどっさり積まれていて少しびっくりしました。特に問題はないです。

Nice room, great location, helpful staff.

The room is nice and tidy. The location is great, very close to attractions and the staff at the hotel is very helpful and polite.

The aircon is not adjustable in our room, the temp is set for all rooms in the hotel. Our room was very cold at night which impacted our sleep.

It is good place to start exploring Tokyo.

Very good location and really very helpful staff!

There is nearly no sound insulation between the rooms. So depending on the neighbors it could be really loud. The breakfast is only on an average level, the meat is really not good.

ในห้องร้อน ทำให้รู้สึกอึดอัด ไม่สบายตัว แจ้งพนักงานได้รับคำตอบว่าเป็นช่วง Winter ไม่เปิดเครื่องปรับอากาศ แต่ช่วงที่เข้าพัก สภาพอากาศที่โตเกียวอุณหภูมิยังสูง อากาศร้อนมาก

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel confortable et très bien situé.

Hôtel très bien situé. Proche plusieurs transports. Beaucoup de restaurants et tout près de la Tokyo tower ! Chambre spacieuse pour trois. Très bonne literie. On recommande vraiment pour du tourisme à Tokyo!

Disappointed, angry. Things disappear from the hotel room.

Sehr gutes japanisches Frühstück. Nettes Personal am Empfang. Very good Japanese breakfast. Nice staff at reception.

Nach der ersten Nacht und Reinigung verschwand mein Pyjama aus dem Hotelzimmer und wurde nicht mehr gefunden. Nach meiner Meinung dreckige Zimmer, die nicht auf japanischem noch auf deutschem Niveau sind. Ich werde das Hotel Menschen nicht empfehlen, die Wert auf die Sicherheit der mitgebrachten Dinge legen. After the first night and cleaning, my pajamas disappeared from the hotel room and were never found. In my opinion, dirty rooms that are not at Japanese or German standards. I will not recommend the hotel to people who value the safety of the things they bring with them.
