I stayed with my children for a flight transfer that was for one day. We really enjoyed the room and amenities, the breakfast buffet was very nicely prepared and presented. Also I appreciate the reception staff’s assistance with our violin that was left behind and also a luggage handling mistake. We still made our flight on time, even the shuttle driver helped you to re-claim our suitcases. The shuttle to the Narita-San temple and airport are very convenient also.

レストラン、ブッフェがとても美味しいです。新鮮な野菜と食べ応えのある素材、ライブキッチンのお肉や海鮮メニュー、中華も揃っています。ペストリーも手作りらしい優しい味わいです。外国からの滞在者、航空乗務員の方が多く泊まられているからか、誰にとっても楽しめるメニューが揃っていました。未就学児はブッフェ無料、クセのないメニューが多いので小さいお子さんがおられる方は食事の心配がなく館内で過ごせると思います。 スタッフの皆さんも優しく行き届いた方ばかりでホスピタリティを感じました。 設備は新しくはないですが、ちょっとしたところに宿泊者目線の工夫があり、滞在のクオリティが確保されていました。

プール、お風呂が快適なので朝も空いていると嬉しいなと思います。

Too many kids

It's close to Narita Airport. There's a free shuttle to and from the airport, and from Aeon Mall & Narita Station.

One time the shuttle driver was not taking anyone back to the hotel (shuttle cancelled) and he was rude about it. The hotel first put me and my kids in a room on the smoking level - I still have nightmares about that room: the smell was filthy. I asked to change room. In my new room, the bathroom air vent didn't work. 5 minutes inside and you started suffocating. Not a good experience.

Everything is wonderful!! Very accommodating staff , good shuttle services, full breakfast buffet ($16 adults ), clean and comfortable beds, daily room cleaning + jammies , good pool+hot tub ,nice size gym, convenient 24/7 store with everything.

The AC is not working. I informed them the first night that it was not cooling right, but they insisted they have a centralized AC control and the room was on correct temperature when it was obviously not. Several housekeeping staff confirmed it was too hot as well but nothing was done. We stayed 3 nights and it was very uncomfortable. That made the experience terrible otherwise the stay would have been amazing.

The best part about this hotel is the location, we had dinner in the Japanese restaurant which was nice but rushed.

The bathroom was filthy, mould everywhere and stains on the linen. The breakfast buffet was quite expensive while the food wasn’t anything rave about.

No family rioms do our room is a bit small for a family of 4.

It was close to the airport with a free shuttle to airport and the local mall.

The pool was closed.

It is close enough from NRT. To see many airplanes are arriving in the close air on the above of the hotels is very scary, but inside of the hotel it was quiet. The crowd's in this hotel was noisier than the airplanes' approaching to NRT.

Too many groups were staying at this hotel. Because of it, I and some other hotel guests had to wait for the laundry machine and dryers. It seems that the big public bath for men's was also very crowded. This hotel could have the group guests in another wing and they could install some other laundry room and public bath as well?! The group people were having breakfast and dinner in the basement's party room. This was good idea for other individual guests, I think.

The free transfer bus to and from the terminal was great. Also the bus that goes to the shopping mall was fantastic.

Pool opening hours are only 3-8pm. I would of liked to see the restaurant menu in the room.

Very clean, nice looking hotel. Free shuttle service and a gigantic bed and tv. Spacious bath room with a lot of amenities. Also a lot of facilities like free gym, sauna and a swinning pool.

It's not that cheap if you're on your own but it's still worth the price. And it's not that easy to get there at night from central Tokyo. So I got a taxi from a close station.

I didn’t know your japanese restaurant was fabulous. If i know that I would have dinner or breakfast. However, in your hotel is provided convenient store inside hotel. That was amazing. It is really good for me. Thank you so much
