A perfect getaway with friendly staff and superb accommodations made the highlight of our Napa trip.

The hotel was quaint and perfectly situated a short walk from downtown. The room was cozy with a wonderful spa tub. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, even greeting us by name. The morning breakfasts and coffee were phenomenal! We will definitely be staying here again.

Town of Napa accommodation

Breakfast. Plus the rooms were really quiet. Very peaceful place. Close to downtown. Walking distance. Rooms were restored very nicely.

The self check in was a little different, but they explained it really well, so it wasn't hard. Just different.

Off-street parking, tasty breakfast in pleasant breakfast room, very short walk to downtown, coffee available in early morning, very comfortable bed, instant hot water in sink and shower, classic victorian-style building, pleasant neighborhood.

Nice little hotel with great breakfast

Quaint little hotel, great breakfast, quiet. Check-in is mostly without personal contact. Be sure to check your email prior to arrival. Owner sends instructions to get into the hotel and your room.

I wish we could have stayed another night and had more time to enjoy the hotel. It was charming

The breakfast was delicious. And the individual French coffee presses in the lobby was such a delightful treat! The location was great.

Just a great place for a Napa stat

Quiet Breakfast room and service: A hot offering each day timed for exactly when you arrive Midweek so we got a great room-number 18 at great price

A few tiny paint touch ups and other little repairs is all I can think of Not important

well done older home in Napa easy access to wineries.

Attendant very nice and prompt. Quiet street walkable close to restaurants and night life. Very comfortable bed, I slept well , well stocked bathroom. Breakfast in the morning is good and well done and changes daily.

Should be clear no elevator and guests need to carry bags up one to 2 flights of stairs.

Good, clean accommodation and a decent breakfast, with coffee and snack options in the front room

Good breakfast. The room was clean and functional. Location was good and able to walk to various nearby attractions. The check in was sent by email, with the various codes required.

The breakfast was in the basement and the head height was restrictive as my husband is 2m tall, so bumped his head a few times. Some guests returned in the early hours and were not quiet, disturbing light sleepers.

We enjoyed staying in a hotel that had a lot of character and took us back in time. Everything was clean and comfortable especially the beds. Everything worked fine. Thank you for all your efforts.

Actually there wasn't anything we disliked. On my part though I forgot to pick up the items I left in the refrigerator, sorry..
