景色や館内施設が素晴らしい

年末年始のビンゴ大会が長時間並んでいたにもかかわらず、売り切れて買えなかった。リムジンバスの本数が少なく、利用できない。

早餐真的跟傳聞中一樣…超豐富，住了8天，有三家早餐可選，我們最愛西式早餐，cp值不錯，但下次會嘗試其他間。

設施跟整體環境都很棒，異國風情，特別悠閒。

大廳前台的英文溝通不是順暢，大家有任何問題要特別確認及再次溝通！

ロケーションが良かった。朝食のお店が選べて良かった。子供も楽しめるビュッフェ内容だった。アメニティも揃っていて嬉しかった。特にカプセルコーヒーと入浴剤。館内のお店も楽しかった。

受付でのスタッフさんの声が小さくて少し聞き取りずらかった。

Urgent Renovation Needed

The room was big and comfortable; Breakfast had good quality and a wide variety (including local specialties); Some few areas are nicely decorated (the main lobby and the lounge, for example)

Well, where should I start? Information in English was often non existing, and only a few employees were able to communicate in English (although most tried to be helpful); There’s not a single bar where one can sit and have a drink after dinner (the lounge would be the perfect location); No transfer service available; Beach towels weren’t much bigger than hand towels; The beach closed very early; The beach bar is a joke (very poor food and drinks); The rooms are worn out and outdated; Food selection isn’t great overall, and food is expensive; Definitely not a 5-star hotel by any standards…

Awesome!

It’s awesome! The view from the room was so great. There are three restaurants that you can choose. We went to two of them and all food was really delicious.

Resort room is so uncomfortable for kid’s and family! Tv bed toilet room is so old!

Environment is so good

but it doesn’t work public pool! That’s a had a point of this resort! Whoever didn’t tell me May14-17 it doesn’t work a pool! I’ve still stressed now! I want to cashback! We are went to a lot of beach! Nikko’s beach is not clear and it’s unneccessary dor us! We want just a pool!

Wonderful and most memorable stay

Everything was perfect.its a paradise.u feel like u r in heaven.the beach is so clean...white sand...kids can do fishing also....the relation pool was beautiful and literally relaxing....steam bath was icing on the cake.... the restaurant staff was lovely, helpful,welcoming and best of all.the food was finger licking good. There are shops for gifting,daily needs,and luxury items... The shop in the basement -"diya: is very resourceful..if u need milk or other staples. There is an activity centre also..where kids can paint and take away their work also. Room was very big and sea facing...at night the lights made the view even amazing.

Superb

very helpful and kind staffs, good breakfast and spacious room! it has nice ocean view and we enjoyed a lot just walking around the resort. it was pity that we couldn't use the outdoor pool because of the season but we could have enjoyed indoor pool with our little boy. The resort is just next to the hoshino resort and we spent some time at their Cafe which has a great view and comfy seats. we'd love to visit again in nice season with family!

It was very pity that they don't speak well English. facilities are old and poor a little bit. it's isolated, so you always need to use car to go somewhere. but you can find good restaurants and supermarket in 10mins.

Clean spacious room, no pool, no gym

The location is nice and quiet. About a 25 minute drive from Kadena. The private beach is nice. Staff is friendly. Rooms have a decent size and are clean. Breakfast buffet is good. Bed and pillow is great.

There is no gym! For a hotel this size and prize that’s really not okay. The outdoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance but… you have to pay to use the indoor pool. That really doesn’t make sense. The staff speaks VERY little English. You have to pay for parking, even on the secluded location. Not all restaurants were open. There can be a waiting queue for breakfast on weekends.

Expensive but not worth it, save your money and go somewhere else

Food was decent

So many bad things. Room badly needs renovation. The wallpaper is peeling off, everything is old. We booked a room with a view but we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because we can hear the noise from downstairs. We also stayed during the time there was a national travel support program but we didn’t get ¥3,000 per person because we booked via Booking.com.
