-we stayed in the delux queen room and it was very spacious and comfortable! -comfortable bed -fridge -fantastic breakfast and coffee -exceptionally friendly staff that went above and beyond -just a few minutes walk to port Barton beach, excellent location

-air con took a while to make the room colder and you need to keep it off whilst you are out

Que finalmente no pudimos pagar con tarjeta porque no funcionaba la red en ese momento. En Port Barton es común y no es algo que afectase únicamente al hotel pero fue un fastidio la verdad ir el tema cash en la zona…

La ubicación, la comodidad y lo limpio que estaba.

La ducha estaba mal construida, todo el agua salía por todo el baño entero y no tenía fuerza.

Front desk clerk ignored my request to fix / improve wifi. For wifi; I had to go to restaurant. Front desk girl never got back to me. TV didn’t work. No connection. Front desk girl also gave me bad information about Bus to El Nido ( there was NO bus ) causing me to scramble and take emergency van at double price. Not sure I would stay here next time…

Good location. Only a short walk to beach and restaurants. Staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for them. Food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Great service. Nice, clean pool. would highly recommend this hotel.

Si eres una persona que tienes el sueño ligero, no te aconsejo ir. Muchísimo ruidos a partir de las 3 de la mañana. Las casas de al lado tendrán 200 gallos o uno excesivamente ruidosos, pero de verdad, a partir de las 3 de la mañana, cada 5 minutos es un cacareo sin cesar

Great place to stay and relax.

The pool table was constantly being used by locals/employees and I never had a chance to play billiards as a guest.

Laundry more expensive than down the street. Motorbike rental the same. Menu pricey. Would not eat there for a meal but that is personal preference. Welcome drink not good for someone who doesnt like sugar or coke! Should just give the guest a choice of drink. Pool table not available for use of guests. Only workers playing on it

It’s a short walk from the beach, and ofc port Barton is small, so also close to everything really. The staff was pleasant and the food was very good

They are working on a pool area and new bar, and they start work around 8am which is fine - but for us drinking late night, it can be bothersome. If you don’t do that you would have no problem with staying at Oasis

Absolutely wonderful place. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and helpful and can arrange almost anything you need. The facilities are clean, comfortable and well organized. Laundry service is cheap and good. The restaurant serves great food, great drinks, and is priced very reasonable. 10/10, would stay again.

It rained a lot and the water was brown.

Breakfast was very good! recommended the fruit pancakes! Lunch and dinner was also good. Staff lovely and helpful. Near the beach. Very clean room.

Wifi pretty poor. No fridge. Laundry service was much more expensive than any other hotel we have stayed. Beware all prices stated in restaurant have not included 12%vat.

Fantastic place with great food and service. We ended up eating in the hotel’s restaurant all of the time. Fantastic and large breakfast from restaurant’s menu. Around 15 international and Philippine dishes.

The internet needs more bandwidth, though. It was completely unusable during normal hours. Too many people share the same network account, I guess.

Staff friendly helpful

The room was huge, staff was incredibly helpful and booked everything on our behalf. We had breakfast included in our reservation and it too was great with a wide selection. Would recommend the fruit pancakes.

As stated above, the overall experience was very positive, however there was one small thing and one big thing that bothered us. The small thing: we weren't sure if reception needed us to hand them our keys in order for room service to make the room in our absence. Sometimes it had been cleaned and sometimes not. Now for the big thing, it is worth mentioning that I'm a heavy sleeper and rarely wake up due to any sort of disturbances. But in this case we both woke up multiple times and stayed awake for several hours for the last two nights of our stay, with the reason being a giant rooster next door (we stayed in to rooms further from the beach). The damn bird kept crowing for long periods in the middle of the night (2-4 AM), sometimes going on for so long we couldn't help but wonder if it was being tortured. If we had stayed any longer at Oasis, we would have asked to be moved into a different room or contacted the owner of the bird to find some solution.

The restaurant plays (sometimes too loud) music the whole day. Because the rooms are close, its not a quiet stay. Also, the free wifi is very slow. I wanted to work on my laptop, but couldn't do this because of the bad internet. Tried it in my room, the restaurant and reception, but was all the same.
