Muy mal la atención de los meseros no eran tan amables, no se si porque ahí si había bastante gente, pero siento que a los huéspedes si nos pudieron haber atendido mejor de lo que lo hicieron aparte hubieron varios días que no estaban abastecidos con todo lo que decía el menú entonces tocaba repetir varias cosas, de pronto por ser temporada alta se les acababa pero siento que si se pudieron preparar mas sabiendo que iba a llegar bastante gente, no tenían algo tan básico como fruta, también lo malo con la atención era que se tardaban mucho y varias veces nos tocaba preguntar como iba la orden y ahí se daban cuenta que los platos ya estaban listos desde saber que hora pero si no preguntamos no lo pasaban a la mesa. Otra sugerencia seria que limpiaran un poco mas seguido la piscina porque si estaba un poco sucia y se veía la capa de "aceite" seguro de los bloqueadores, me imagino que por tener la playa paradisiaca enfrente, no mucha gente se está en la piscina pero para algunos como nosotros que si la necesitamos si hubiera sido mejor que estuviera un poco mas limpia.

Stay here, especially if you're trying to figure out travel with a small child!

My wife, child and I stayed here. We loved it! The pool was amazing and the location was just right for relaxing, beach filled days. The staff was AMAZING and the restaurant is probably the best one around. I highly recommend!

The wifi was spotty in our room...it didn't really disrupt us too much.

What is not to like...this place is fantastic. From the moment we got there they picked us up at the airport ,.the people , the food, the beach, the pool... I loved when the hummingbirds will come to the Bougainvillea right outside the balcony l the Coconuts leaf moving with the rhythm of the ocean breeze..thid i mention the Argentinian restaurant.. have to try to key lime pie it's delicious Definitely going back again next year amazing!!!!!

I paid for an ocean view room but the Coconuts trees were too high that I could only see a little bit of of the ocean but I didn't care because I was just steps away from the actual water so it's good

A perfect week in paradise with friends I’d never met before.

If you want a real taste of tropical Honduras…beautiful, simple, relaxed, convenient, this is the place. It was like staying with fun friends in an eco lodge. Jonathan, Susan (especially Susan!), Julio were fun, helpful and felt like extended family. The ladies who clean are sweet and thoughtful…leave them a small tip on your pillow. The room was tropical, kept very clean and cool with great AC. Steps away, the Argentine Grill was beyond superb. The pool was perfect and the gardens were lush. Sometime between 4 and 5 in the evening an entire flock of squawking red macaws flew overhead, their brilliant wings taking your breath away. Free breakfast was huge and delicious! Snorkeling just a walk down to the beach. Free beach chairs and umbrellas. I will be back!!!!

Hhhhhmmm…that I had to leave! Before you stretch out, put one of the provided plush white beach towels in the hammock (which is a bit scratchy on sunburn). ALL beaches in Central America seem to have no-see-ums so take repellant.

Wonderful!

This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfy. The staff is wonderful as is the restaurant, Argentinian Grill. The breakfast is wonderful (the omelette is really good!). We love the location right at the beach and they have beach chairs with umbrellas for guests to use. Also love that there are kayaks and paddle boards! Plenty of parking if you rent a car.

We became a part of Island life at beautiful, tranquil Posada Seremein

Everything was great. The WIFI was slow but it was there! The people made it one of the best places to stay at... the staff was friendly, kind, courteous. We enjoyed our stay so much. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained.

The only annoying things were the neighborhood noise... the dogs barking. But hey that's part of vibrant island life. I like that the hotel is set back. We truly can't think of anything we disliked! We loved the setting so much.

Great location. newly constructed pool and deck. Very serene and comfortable. close to beach yet you had a peaceful and quiet place to retreat to.

They are still doing some construction. just a minor situation.

It was great except for the dogs next door

It was wonderful as was all meals cooked there The location also enjoyed watching the grill masters at work Housekeeping did a great job rooms cleaned,beds made every day Serving staff great job and very personable people

the neighbours property right to the north has dogs in a chained fence that bark loudly all day and night the whole time we were there ten days the only time he put them up is when the cruise ship people came It very disturbing when you get little or no sleep

excellent stay within walking distance to the beach and all other restaurants resorts where we enjoyed allots got to off

property was clean close to the beach within walking distance. the manager Javier Huete super excellent to our needs. we’ll accommodated. Cant thank him enough. Remenber Javier Huete, friendly staff abd even recommended some tours outside the area see stayed in. Awesome place for family.

Great location for a cozy place to stay right in the beach.

great location at West Bay, great breakfast included and right at the beach front (not walking thru dirt roads to get to the beach). Good kitchenette with accessories. Good beach chair service for guests.

Beds were a bit stiff, towels need to be improved. internet works on and off and cannot be counted on. Difficult to get a Taxi to go anywhere, so if you don’t have a car (which we did), you may need to wait sometime to be picked up.

upon arriving home discovered we had brought back bed bugs we are having our whole house treated to the cost of $1,600, more than the cost of our stay. would love to see if you could reimburse us for partial cost of our stay. will supply you with the documents from the exterminator if necessary.

This is a restaurant with rooms in the yard

Rooms are spacious & clean. Cleaning staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was good.

This is not a hotel, really. It is a restaurant with rooms at the back. The only way to communicate with the staff is to go to the bar. They charge for drinking water !! Dogs are constantly barking next door. If you don't like cats, there are quite a few on the grounds (I love cats). Garden view also includes what might be a fire pit ... or a dump (garbage bags, etc)... not very attractive. Poor lighting at night. There is no way of contacting the "front desk", which is in fact the bar in the restaurant. There is no welcome information other than what @not to do posted on the wall. . Most of the staff were friendly, but they could use some service training 101. (IE 3 trips to the table... when it could have been one). however, The "lead" bartender/waiter/manager (? the guy in yellow) ruined it for me. He never smiled, and was not at all welcoming when he checked me in, more annoyed, really; unpleasant and off-putting, not the service attitude you find everywhere else on the island, or that I expected at the Argentinian Grill. I had to wait in the restaurant as I arrived before checkin time. In 5 hours, the waiters did not once ask me if I wanted something to drink or eat. I had to call them over. I had a burrito- greasy and all I could taste was onion). It was the 1st & last meal I took at the restaurant (10 day stay!) except for breakfast, which was included. 1st photo is not of the property but I can't remove it... its the view next door.

I would 100% stay here again

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was great! The rooms are spacious and clean to which they cleaned daily (even provided fresh beach towels). They had a little kitchenette which made it helpful to stock water and snacks. Even got to make fresh coffee that we drank on our large balcony in the mornings. As much as we enjoyed the rooms, we spent most of our time at the Restaurant and the beautiful beach right in front of it and along West Bay. The food and drinks were consistently delicious! (Yummy empanadas and best bloody mary’s and Mojitos on the island as well as the Steak and seafood). We absolutely loved the staff! All so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Javier, Jonathan, Cynthia, Louis and Eduardo were so great and attentive along with the rest of the staff and security. They even set us up with a driver to pick us up from the airport. All in all a good stay and nice location.

The facilities at the hotel were very beachy and earthy and nice. The rooms are spacious and there’s private patios on all of them. There are some really awesome staff there. There’s a security personnel that works around the clock. Mario who runs the beach for the hotel is absolutely amazing. Kevin & Harrison worked very hard every day running the restaurant & also being very attentive to us as the actual hotel guests. It was also a perk to have breakfast included. Though they charge you for every other item closely from their restaurant which at times came out incorrect or ridiculously late. The food is really good though especially for dinner.

The worst thing about the property is that there’s a large amount of cruise patrons that come while being docked at Roatan. It’s very frustrating because they soak up all the WiFi. Use the hotel bathrooms, beach chairs and restaurant. It completely takes over the property. It’s also very hard to get anyone to help you with hotel related issues when they’re so inundated with the restaurant business that sits in front of the hotel. It was a big turn off to be surrounded by cruise people who didn’t pay to stay there. They were all kind of aggressive and ill mannered because hotel staff allowed them to be. I also felt that we paid a lot of money for the kind of hospitality we got in return. I had set up a room to be on the 2nd floor or 3rd floor as a small petite woman in a foreign place. When I got there, they put me in the 1st floor with zero apology or explanation. I was made to kind of deal with it. Which it’s a gorgeous island! I was lucky to be there. However, it would have been nice to respect my time, money, & extra communications with them in the months leading up to my trip.
