Liked the place and the room, it was also clean and staff were friendly and attentive.

The parking is located away from the property and not close by.

Nice little hotel clean comfortable room friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good. The location was convenient with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the use of the lounge on our floor

We weren’t especially unhappy about this but light sleepers may be. The design of the hotel with windows overlooking a central courtyard means that voices from the front desk and lower area can heard clearly

Amazing hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, surprisingly including a delicious nacatamal and local coffee. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Overall the hotel is centrally located and within walking distance from the center of town. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Hotel San Jose for the amazing hospitality.

The staff was very courteous

The breakfast was very minimal. Maybe one scrambled egg mixed with chopped ham and coffee. No juice and no other choices offered but an even smaller dish of rice and beans.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was exceptional.

Staff was incredible, could not be more appreciative and impressed with the staff across the board. Also the garden area and the Wi-Fi were both great value adds.

Hotel San Jose was extremely clean. There are gorgeous plants all through the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay excellent. Our rooms were thoroughly cleaned and tidied. From the front desk check-in (where there was someone who spoke English always working) to breakfasts, to the cleanliness of the hotel, and to housekeeping, each staff member was professional and cared about our experience.
