Always the best stay in L.A.

Location was perfect. Checking in and out was easy. Front desk personnel were all so nice.

Some complimentary toiletries were missing on my first day. Stayed for 2 nights.

Excellent property, location, food and staff.

The staff at front desk and security were fantastic. They were so responsive to my texts with questions. The food was best I’ve had at a hotel in years. Property is super well maintained which I am critical of usually. They do a great job. Felt very comfortable and safe there. Loved going to Beverly Center across the street. Lobby super chic and fun.

Restaurant added 20% gratuity which I did not notice until after 3 meals and adding 20% for tip on top

Great location - walking distance to Melrose/weho! Friendly staff - so helpful, Accor members get two complementary drinks Comfy bed - especially after a long flight and luxury products Great food - breakfast was delicious

great location, decent hotel for a quick stay, very nice staff

I am appreciative of the fact that management moved us to a nicer room on the 6th floor after we complained about our horribly, loud and disruptive neighbors on the 3rd floor. That being said, the 3rd floor room was rather small for a price of $800+ for 2 nights. I think the room we were on the 6th floor was much more deserving of that price tag.

Noisy neighbors which wasn't the hotels fault at all, but the house keeping starting vacuuming at 7 am on a Saturday was definitely not appreciated and that was the fault of the hotel. we called to complain about that which is what lead to our moving to the 6th floor.

Very nice room, good staff politeness and everyone helpful.

Location is in the zone and you have fantastic shopping and services at Beverly Center just 2 minutes walk away.

The restaurant and bar were unavailable when I visited.

They want you to book directly dont stay

The Hotel acts like since we booked on booking.com we should get a bad room, they throw in your face that you booked via a third-party travel site.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, and their attentiveness throughout my stay was truly top-notch. My room was a haven of comfort and luxury. It was impeccably clean and spacious, with plush bedding and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep despite the bustling city outside. The lobby is a beautiful space with stylish décor and artwork, and the overall atmosphere is one of quiet sophistication. I especially loved the tranquil pool area, a perfect escape from the city's heat and energy. But the best part about the Sofitel is its location. It's situated in the heart of Beverly Hills, just steps away from Rodeo Drive, the Beverly Center, and countless cafes and restaurants. I could easily walk to everything I needed, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city.

Cosy, comfortable and perfect location

Ok only 2 nights, could not have stayed longer

Location in Beverly Hills good. Room was big & interconnecting with kids.

Pool area is not what it looks like on website in any way. It’s very small & old. Needs totally updating. Rooms were big but very old fashioned, horrible brown carpet. Need updating. Not what the website shows. Very overpriced & not value for money.

Motel accommodation for a 5 Star Hotel Price tag

The room was very outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable. The price we paid to the quality of the accommodation was not comparable. We stayed in the Sofitel before a number of times internationally but the quality and comfort of the room at Sofitel Beverly Hills was quite disappointing considering the price we paid for the accommodation. We felt we were paying for a 5 star plus Hotel but getting the accommodation of a Motel.

Comfortable and convenient. Would stay again if in the area.

Got a room with a wonderful view of the Hollywood Hills. The layout was neat and functional. The bed was comfortable and we slept well both nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the new self filling water stations and reusable bottles that they added as part of their sustainability effort. Location was good. Safe neighborhood. Accessible to ride share.

Walls are thin but went in expecting this as we stayed here before so it didn't bother us. We kept the thermostat fan on through the night to minimize outside noise.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el personal dispuesto ayudar

Pagué un upgrade y me dieron la primera noche una habitación con una muy bonita vista pero arriba de un equipo de máquinas que hacían muchísimo ruido y eso es pésimo en un hotel que el descanso debe de ser prioritario, me cambiaron a una mejor habitación por petición mía y me cobraron el upgrade completo y eso me pareció totalmente injusto pagar un servicio que no cumplieron.

Not worth it!

Room service was fast and good, desk staff was friendly

$65.00 per day to hold your car in thier parking lot PLUS TIP TO RETRIEVE IT. Dirty room, bandaid on the headboard, uncomfortable beds, dirty stained bed frame.

Overal exceeded every one of my expectations, aside from the not that great wifi connection.

The view of my room was just the shopping plaza. It wasn't as bad as initially thought but, could have been better from what was "advertised" when I purchased my slots on Booking.com.

The wifi isn't as good as expected. Can barely stay connected for long sessions, and more often than not can only stay connected for like 5 mins before randomly got disconnected for no reasons. Despite all the above, if problem like this occur for others, just talk to the front desk and they'll provide a number to contact the actual internet provider to give better access to internet at the hotel.

Decent hotel with plenty of amenities

The room was lovely and comfortable overall. The bathroom was well designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were filtered water stations and a free reusable water bottle (that I am still using!) The location was fairly close to things we were doing in town.

Our room was a bit too close to street level (may have been 4th floor) and we could hear every car load of drunks pulling up or departing in the hotel's driveway. It was quite annoying at night when we were trying to get to sleep. Similarly, we could hear the annoying thump of bad nightclub music wafting up from their ground level restaurant or bar. If I had been staying more nights, I would have asked for a room change.
