Lovely hotel. Clean, modern, spacious room. Friendly and polite staff.

The room was the most spacious I have had in Japan. Furniture and fittings were very nice, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shuttle Bus service to the station in the morning was excellent, and the staff were all very polite and kind.

Perfect for short or long stays. Close to train station, shopping centres, restaurants.

The room I stayed in had a lovely view of the city, and the hotel was situated conveniently close to Hakata Train Station. The room itself has a nice deep bathtub which was lovely to soak in after a long day of sightseeing and shopping, especially if you use the complimentary bath salts and oils located in the hotel foyer. The breakfast is also very filling and delicious. You can pick from the local speciality, a boiled breakfast or Japanese spin on wester breakfasts, like an omelette etc. all in addition to the buffet breakfast.

Having to choose the breakfast you'd like the night before. Not having option to just have the buffet breakfast on its own.

Great hotel with all the necessary facilities, super clean, and friendly/helpful staffs.

Clean and great facilities. Friendly and helpful staffs during my stay there too! Recommended and help made a booking for a fantastic unagi restaurant nearby which is one of the best I have had.

Clean and beautiful hotel, good location.

This hotel was so new and clean! The location was really good as well, just a few bus stops away from hakata station. There were a few cafes and eating places nearby, and it's convenient to get to a few places of interest from this hotel. There's also a 7/11 store just right at the entrance of the hotel. Love it! (They even provided complimentary bath salts for their guests to use!)

I stayed 5 nights with 2 additional rooms booked by my company Shimabun. I will not stay here again.

The reception staff service is terrible , except 1 lady who can speak Mandarin n she’s was most helpful. All other reception staff are terrible n rude.

Very good

the staff was friendly and the room was on a good size scale. staff was kind enough to put me on the 10th floor and with a view of the River. you can choose from three different type of breakfast 2 Japanese or a western breakfast plus the buffet . 10 mint walk to canal city mall and 15 minute to the train station. they have a shuttle to the airport as well.

Very nice hotel but cramped if you have more than 2 people stay in a room.

the building and rooms were very clean and the staff was outstanding.

need a bigger room if you to make it fit three people. it was really crammed to where we barely moved around with all of our luggage. We had small luggage and only one a person so it would tell you how small the room is. it is only meant for two people and if you take the extra bed out, it would have been just fine.

one of the front desk staff, Ms Chen was very helpful. Partly due to the ease of communication as we both speak mandarin. She helped with the booking of taxi to the airport and even dropped us a hand written note in our room to update us of the status of our taxi booking.

The parking facility next to the hotel charge 1000yen for overnight parking for the general public, but as hotel guest, we need to pay 1500yen. I don't understand this logic. We only realise after paying and parking our car that there are many option nearby which charge 800yen for overnight parking.

Tasteful and comfortable stay with late checkout

the design was really tasteful, and the room was clean, comfortable — a real pleasure to relax here when you are away from home. Also a really big bathroom with bathtub. also I loved the 11am checkout time so I could sleep in!

Perfect place for a business trip in Fukuoka

The overall experience was very nice but specially I enjoyed the room. It was of a perfect size for a business stay with all I needed to go about my activities. In fact, I would say that this hotel is very nicely designed for this purpose.

There was a hum at night probably caused by the air conditioning that bothered me the first night. I then got used to it and the 2nd night was fine. Also the comfort of the chair in the room was not great but not everybody sits on them for more than four hours and I guess this was only my experience.

nice hotel for the price

The property was very nice & clean, the pillows we’re comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that the A/C didn’t get the room cold cold which made it hard to fall asleep.

Very comforable hotel

Location and facilities was very good. Breakfast was great also but not sure if we needed both buffet and set menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bit of a challenge -- we needed to go out and find parking in a nearby lot. There were enough lots in the area but was a little inconvenient after a long day of driving...

The hotel was great. But the Shuttle bus is not convenient at all, the hours that it operates are way to limited. Also this hotel doesn't even offer a shuttle bus that picks up at the Airport. Do not book this hotel if you are looking for shuttle bus services. It would be great if they would hire more staff that speak English as well.
