Perfect!!!

Perfect location. Everything is located nearly including shopping mall, jr station, and airport limousine bus. Breakfast was also delicious. With very reasonable price, you can enjoy everything!!!!!

great hotel next to Amagasaki station

great hotel right next to Amagasaki station. lovely rooms. they refurbished the hotel as I have been there few years ago and it was different. rooms are really big compare to Japan standards. recommend

The room is so wide and the shower room is huge too.Love the variety in their breakfast.And it's just in front of the station.I like that te window is really big as well.

Nice hotel but spoiled by refusing to refund a duplicate payment.

Nice hotel and no issues with it at all except that my card was charged twice while booking on line at Booking.com and the hotel is refusing to accept responsibility or refund my money.

They are refusing to refund a very obvious duplicate payment despite evidence provided to Booking.com and the hotel clearly showing one booking and two payments.

Great location and delicious breakfast, but don't plan to work from the hotel room

The location of the hotel relative to JR Amagasaki Station and the breakfast selection were definitely the best parts of the hotel.

The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. Multiple times I wasn't even able to check my email or the Wi-Fi would disconnect shortly after starting a session and ask me to login again. THey did provide an ethernet port that could be a fine alternative.
