Good breakfast for a quick start. Beds were very comfortable and great rest.

Breakfast was good. Al was super responsive to answer all my questions. We needed some duct tape which he gladly provided and also filled up my flask with hot water.

Disappointing

Tge stuff was very friendly

Air conditioner didn't work well, there were 3 of us but the towels and all the other things were provided only for 2 , the room was veryyy noisy from the road traffic as we had to open the wondow because of the heat

Good value for money, but mosquitos was an issue

The staff during checkin and checkout were very professional and courteous. While I didn't have breakfast, the menu was on display during checkin and it seemed quite basic, so do not expect anything extravagant. The price was very reasonable. The beds were comfortable enought, but the furniture seem a little old.

My main complain about the place was the amount mosquitos around the premise. It was summer time and probably something outside their control, but since the doors of each room opened directly to the parking area, which is surrounding by grass area, during night time the mosquitos seemed attracted to the room door extenal lights, any time we opened the door we had to deal with a swarm of mosquitoes that invited themselves into the room. Kids had difficulty sleeping because of that. Some control measures like electric mosquito killer, or having the room door lights turn on through motion sensors, or some measures to control this would be helpful.

great staff but room smelled like it used to be a smoking room,

The location and the price were very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room size was decent and the bed was comfortable.

It smelled. This was obviously once a smoking room. It smell like it had been smoked in for years.

Was convenient to our trip right off hwy

Although room was clean and smoke free .. the smell of old cigarette smoke was noticed in the room. Being non smoker wasn’t pleasant

Not one think

Left and stayed at a different hotel. When we went to check in, there was an argument in the lobby with two people unable to pay for someone’s long term family member that lived there. Police were threatened to be called. We felt unsafe. I think it is being used as a homeless shelter Lobby smelt of stall cigarette smoke. Very old and run down.

Marked as preferred staying place in Red Deer

Location was excellent for travelers, rooms were so clean and it was quite even tho the highway is the right outside but somehow it was very quite at night, I slept comfortably.

Im trynna think of what I didn't like and I think that means it was a good stay

Sorry, we will not be back, and left your hotel for another.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't see breakfast, but it was okay. The TV and WIFI were fine. There were cameras on the premises, designated smoking areas and the building was clean.

The bed was like sleeping on plywood. (room 320) We stayed for two days and left. The air conditioner is mounted in the wall next to the bed. Not only was it very loud, it blew on us all night. The sheets were fine, but that poor excuse for a blanket was just awful. We didn't get any sleep, and we left exhausted.

Nice quiet neighbourhood , gas station is only 5 meters away

climbing stairs to my room,no elevator, which I’m not surprised it’s a motel
