Location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. We slept great every night.

The Bathrooms are not very well designed.

The accessibility to Fisherman's warf was fantastic. Just a quick walk to everything. Very nice secure place, didn't worry about my car or walking to the hotel at night.

Breakfast buffet was a little pricey for what you get. They do make eggs to order for you in any style but I never got my eggs so... Courtyard view is weird, our room featured a view of the other side of the hotel and the roof below.

Breakfast was OK but if it wasn’t included in our price I wouldn’t have been too pleased, the food options were fine - but the service wasn’t the best and it was a bit chaotic.

The location

The rooms were not ready on arrival, we had to wait around 40 minutes after check-in for the rooms to be ready.I requested connected rooms but they said that there was no request about that,and until I showed them the email and confirmation, they then gave me two rooms that were several rooms away. The description on the website is not accurate to the actual hotel.

Loved the location.

That the hot tub and pool closed so early. After going back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. Just wanted to relax in the hot tub.

Property was clean. Had loud music being played in the room next door at 3am. Called reception and they promptly rectified the issue.

Included breakfast was hard work each morning. To many people trying to have breakfast where the restraint seemed understaffed. Hard to get a table, table service wasn’t great and always running out of items.

Hotel was close to Fishermans Wharf. Rooms were big.

The extra $30 a night was unexpected and could have been made clearer when booking.

Very disappointed that we didn't get the double room we had booked as hotel was over booked and then had to ask several times for another trundle bed for the room provided as sleeping arrangements in alternative room did not suit our families needs.

Awesome location in Fisherman’s Wharf, easy access to everything: Pier 39, Cable Cars, walked to Oracle Park for a Giants game, lots of bike hire options close by to explore the Golden Gate Bridge
