Overall stay was really good.

Great location for the beach, entertainment, restaurants, casinos, family fun. It was well maintained, clean quiet, good breakfast choices, and happy hour.

They were slow about replenishing towels, and toiletries since I didn’t get my room cleaned the next day.

This hotel was perfect for us and we enjoyed everything about it!

We loved the location, the comfort, and the fire pit. The breakfast was delicious!

The hot tub was not working.

Great staff with the softest bed

The space and linens were clean and wonderful. Almost like a weighted blanket in the comforter. I really liked the view, which was overlooking the seating area in the courtyard. The staff were courteous and genuinely helpful.

The only issue in the stay was the bathroom door. It was not functional upon our arrival. My guest and I were not terribly inconvenienced by this, but did notify the front desk and maintenance in the morning while we were leaving. Even that was taken in stride by the staff. 10/10 would stay again.

It’s Ok.

The staff and the buffet was really nice.

It’s a bit dated. The bathroom had rust. In it. It was just a little run down. In the rooms. The halls the lobby were great.

Pretty great

Amazing breakfast, clean, most of the staff was amazing. Great location

The older lady working Saturday night was SUPER RUDE. She got an attitude and told me to speak up and look at her when I spoke to her, then told me the 24 hour bar was closed.

Biloxi vacay

Everything, location, bar, food, friendliness, cleanliness, pet friendly. Good toilitries, great view, good parking. Will recommend

Okay

The breakfast was the best overall beyond my expectations

The pool had no towels the jacuzzi didn't have heat there where kids smoking weed in the pool area I complained nothing was done

Прекрасное расположение, рядом с пляжем, отличная территория, невероятно дружелюбный персонал, у нас был огромный номер, мы были с сервис догами, все очень мило к ним отнеслись. По утрам прекрасный полноценный завтрак, отель очень чистый. Хороший бассейн и джакузи. Рекомендую отель для отдыха с детьми.

It was great experience.

It was Wonderful! We had a picturesque gulfview so my ill husband could watch Cruisin' the Coast. We bought cheesecake and the breakfast was Great!

I'm going going back back to Cali

Staff was extremely nice and professional. Even the cook was exceptional.

Toilets in the rooms are extremely too low to the floor, very hard to use.

We had a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful property with a nice pool. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Located right across the beach. All the employees were very polite. My family really enjoyed this hotel. I would definitely book again.

It states check in is at 3pm we went to check in and had to wait an hour to get a room that’s been booked in advance it should have been ready on time.

Too expensive for mediocre hotel

Location

Way too expensive for level. The coast needs more nice hotels. Front desk service was awful. People were taking things because no one was there. Phone constantly ringing. Not a $350 a night hotel. I was stupid to pay that but there was no where else to stay

Worse trip ever. Poor communication between manager and staff, doubled charged for each night stay,

Room was clean, there was no problems with it. Breakfast was good also.

Staff was very attentive especially housekeeping and front desk. Nice choices for breakfast.

Needs updating, for the price a resort would be what I should have stayed in. Much smaller facility than expected, especially pool area. Paid for beach access for sure!
