Breakfast was good, finished quickly but good.

Compared to all the other hotels in the area. This place is clean up-to-date, good food and friendly staff.

There was nothing to dislike

El desayuno puede mejorar mas. Tener mas opciones de comida.

No me gusto el desayuno.

Hospitabilidad del personal, sobre todo el turno de tarde-noche. Hotel limpio y con habitaciones muy espaciosas. A los comentarios negativos de los que se quejan de la mala ubicacion si no se tiene coche.... cuando reservas se ve claramente que ea un hotel a las afueras en un carretera principal, lo normal es que tengas coche de alquiler o utilices uber/taxi....sino reservar por 1500 euros mas uno en manhattan.

Por poner un pero....el desayuno tiene poca variedad, aunque no esta mal del todo. Si se añadieran un par de opciones mas a lo que ponen habitualmente, estaría muy bien.

Insgesamt gab es zwei positive Erkenntnisse. 1. die sehr bequemen Betten und 2. der freundliche, hilfsbereite Hotelmanager

1. die Lage: die Busverbindungen nach Manhattan sind ausreichend, man muss jedoch einen 10 minütigen Fussmarsch neben einer stark befahrenen Strasse ohne Gehsteig in Kauf nehmen. Der Rückweg von Manhattan zum Hotel ist nur mit Taxi möglich, welches ca. 35 - 40$ kostet. 2. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer Autobahn, der Verkehrslärm ist im Hotelzimmer unerträglich!!! 3. Das angebotene Frühstück einfach ein Witz!

The property itself is good, location is not her best but when you book and hotel there to get a better price the you know what to expect. It’s clean and comfortable. The major issue with this place is the staff, as I would say its management. Run away from the “restaurant” It’s not really a restaurant, only a few small table in a cold atmosphere and be ready to wait 1 hour for your food. They won’t refill your drinks because there is no service, they won’t come back to ask if you need something or if food is ok, but obviously they are waiting for a good tip…I have them a great tip for the services I have received meaning $1. At some point I called “the waitress” and asked “do you think we’ll get our food soon because it’s been 50minutes…” her answer was “I know” —> 10min later food started to arrive, plate by plate, I have mine when my mom was done eating. POOR SERVICE fromA to Z!! Worst : we check in on a Saturday. Front desk told us “breakfast is from 6:00am to 10:00am” when we arrived on Sunday morning at 9:25 they were out of OJ, out of Bread ??!! There is no yogurt , no waffles, no pancakes, dish were 95% empty, we get a chance to get a little bit of cold omelette with no cheese, no meat, no gravy …but 2 apples were still in 1 box. Many customers were angry… BUT better on the next day (Monday) we arrive by 9:15am NOTHING, they removed water and apple juice below our eyes, no fruits, NOTHING. Then I asked “what’s going on ?” Breakfast is until 9:00am ??!! What ???? Yes sir it’s until 10:00am on the week end ONLY. THANK YOU For not telling your customers!!! Finally we’ve been announced they would have to turn the water OFF in the entire building on the day we were checking out. It was announced to be turned off at 10:30am. Obviously, as the professional they are, we had no water left at 10:00am. We will NEVER stay again on this place and hope people will do the same
