Overall, my stay was very pleasant

The breakfast selections was great and the staff was professional.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. It needed a mattress topper and staff advised there were none available. I was as unable to sleep in the sofa bed. I had to share a bed with a family member.

Huge rooms!

I loved everything about the room! It was huge! I also loved that the TV swivels so that you can watch tv in bed or on the couch. We had a great time!

Was a little disappointed by breakfast. We went down pretty early but everything was pretty picked through. We found out that there was only one chef working that morning so it was completely understandable. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back!

Great value for the price.

It was clean and well maintained

It was the day after Christmas so the complimentary breakfast was very limited. They only served Canadian bacon and when they put out the French toast sticks they weren’t cooked all the way through.

The breakfast was better than expected.

Food times. Dinner was supposed to be available till 11PM but got shut down at 10:15PM. Breakfast was supposed to be available till 10AM but started getting shut down at 9:40AM with some items being out well before that time.

Excellent

The staff was great my family enjoyed each and every one of them they all made us feel at home, especially Harold Bays, the shuttle driver.

It was nothing we didn't like. We liked everything about the hotel.

The room cleaners took the wash clothes out of the room and didn't replace them

Left much to be desired.

The layout of the room made it cramped. Tiny bathroom with a dim lightbulb. The shower did not have a door on it and water spattered everywhere. The grout in the shower needed bleaching as several spots were black. The room needed a microwave. The bathroom walls looked as if they had been wallpapered over old paper. The first floor shared an ice machine with the kitchen so we were unable to get our own ice and had to ask the front desk to get it.

I won't reserve here again.

The rooms were nice. Breakfast was good.

I reserved my room online. When I checked in the staff requested my card again and swiped it . This in turn caused my card to be charged an additional 3 times. Could not access my money due to pending on my account. We left on a cruise and my account was in a pending status of over 600.00. Manager on duty refused to speak with me to try and get this resolved. It was not resolved until I got back on land 5 days later.

Our stay was warming and enjoyable.

The entire staff were amazing! You can tell they all love their job and helping others. The food (breakfast and lunch) was delicious!

Everything was perfect! There's nothing that needs to be corrected.

Nice value for the money, excellent breakfast bar, located near major shopping and the airport.

The employees were very friendly and when we needed any extras, they were prompt to get them to us. The breakfast bar was excellent. The gym and pool were clean well. The location was excellent as it was close to a major shopping center with many options for dining and shopping.

I slept on the couch and there was a bad smell associated with the couch.

Nice hotel & location, great amenities. not satisfied with the bed linen.

My family enjoyed the spacious room, the on-site amenities, the complimentary breakfast, and the atmosphere.

Both bed linen were dingy. We requested an extra blanket and pillows for the pull-out bed but was unable to use them-smelled of urine. The next morning, staff was punctual in replacing all the linen. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
