Never again there!!

The property was in a good location.

The room was full of dog hair(and no we didn’t have a dog). We stayed three nights and four days and they never came to clean the room or give us clean towels. When we called for clean towels we were interrogated about when we got there? How long we were staying? Why we needed clean towels? And how many we needed? And of course they charged me for two nights on top of my booking.com reservation.

Dirty and overpriced hotel in a convenient East Memphis location.0

Once we arrived I had to pay an additional $9 for parking at the hotel after I had already paid $130 for just one night to have a room. A very strong smell of bleach poured out from the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable. There was also clothes left behind from others who had stayed in the room before us that the cleaning crew failed to pick up.

15 min vom Flughafen. Grosses zimmer. Sauber. Komfortabl

Super Lage. 15 min ca. Vom airport memphis entfernt. Check in und check out easy. Zimmer sehr gross, sauber und komfortabel. Bad gross und sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung, typisch amerikanisch halt. Restaunts und grosser supermsrket in direkter Nähe. Internet aif dem Zimmer war sehr gut!

it was not advertised, but the parking is paid only. additionally, we found roaches in our bathroom.

It’s was ok for a shower and good night rest.

It was very dirty when we checked in. The lobby had stuff on the floor trash was On the tables from People dining for breakfast. It was definitely not like the Hyatt we stay in at our home state of Il.

Would not stay here again.

Good location

First room was dirty; light didn’t work; bathroom door didn’t close; mold on ceiling. We moved rooms. The second room was better, but overall the property is on need of major updates.

Very good

Front desk ladies were very nice and informative of our stay. They were patient and not rude but smiles and welcoming energy.

The bathrooms are very small and there's no microwave in the rooms.

Building Feels old, it had a bad odor starting from the elevator. The room I stayed in had the same issue, I looked under the headboard of the bed it was dirty with even an old popsicle stick. I was shocked and didn't expect from a brand this big....

Stay here if you need too. Not up to Hyatt standards that I expect.

The room was large , as expected, and the bed was comfortable.

The first night a large group started a large party smoking pot in the hallways. The staff responded well and kicked them out of the hotel. The breakfast was generally cold and not very good.

A good deal that is large on comfort and fairly easy on the pocketbook!

Staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were e extremely comfortable! problems, though few. were addressed immediately. So many great places to eat nearby .

Breakfast was decent but the coffee was little more than brown water!

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Memphis hotel ever

I felt very cater to everyone greeted me with a smile and the staff was so lovely. I didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect. If you want to do some shopping, you don’t even have to have a vehicle because Jess steps away. Do you have several shopping and eateries

Disappointing

A receptionist gentleman was rude and wasn't willing to help. He ignored us couple times. The water service in our room was off and we couldn't take a shower the last day we were there.

Happy with our stay.

The room was nice and clean when we arrived. It smelled good as well. Thanks for that! The location of the hotel was awesome also!

The air conditioner didn't work properly. We had to have it on fan mode in order for the air to flow.
