Hotel has potential but needs TLC.

The rooms were spacious and the price of the room was good.

The facility is outdated and needs to be remodeled. Wet ceiling tiles need to be replaced and could be cleaned better.

Decent place but definitely could use refresh and updates. Nice place to stay for a night or two. Se

Check in was simple. Gentleman who checked us in was friendly. The breakfast both days was awesome. Fresh foods and hot food was available both days. Shower was perfect.

Our room even though it was on the 3rd floor smelled really strong of chlorine. Some of the furniture was scuffed and dirty. Looked like old stains in carpet. Some of the staff were rude and short when we asked them questions.

Greate Values, but upgrade room technology. No USB chargers.

Clean, good breakfast, good people at the breakfast area.

Not what I expected.

The location was clean and staff was nice. I also enjoyed the smart tv in the room. Very convenient to highway.

I could hear the bed springs as I turned during the night. The couch in the room was so low my knees are aching. There was a train that sounded every night I was there around 4am. Unfortunately because of events in the area I was unable to afford to stay somewhere else to stay. The pool and laundry were being repaired so I wasn’t able to use. Children were running up and down the hallway and parents didn’t stop it because they were on vacation. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for the lack of discipline by parents.

We had a great stay. Keep up the good work.

Room was great. Staff was friendly. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms was nice for price and pool staff pretty nice I like it had on-site bar and food for purchase

Pool could have been a little cleaner kids seen bowl stuffed in drain that is used to suck out trash

Utterly disappointed

I loved the shower

I always stay at Hyatt Place when I travel. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at any Hyatt location. First off, they did not accept my credit card at this location. This is the same card I have always used, yet this specific location would not accept it. This was extremely embarrassing, as my nephew had to pay with his card, and I had to get cash out of ATM and pay him back. Housekeeping was awful, and they did not even clean our room after first night, even though I requested this. I do not recommend this particular Hyatt. The breakfast was way too cramped. They didn't have nearly enough room where they served it.

The staff was friendly

Wasn't safe. There was an intruder and cops were called. Moved us to 3 different rooms because things were broken. No ice and the ice machine was leaking everywhere. Breakfast ended early

Superb

The pool was warm and clean, very nice on a cold winter day.The breakfast was delicious. It is nice to have a variety, especially the hot items. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool ran out of towels on Saturday night. However the front desk had some for the guests. I requested towels and bedding at 2:00 or 3:00 pm as we extended our stay. I believe housekeeping was gone for the day. I'm sure the front desk could have given me the items. I didn't push the issue. I'll take the hit on this one.
