The breakfast was decent and the location was good

The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable, the telephone didn’t work to contact the front desk or maintenance, the bed was ok, the TV didn’t work. I would never consider staying here again.

Rooms are big and comfortable.

Didn’t like that you have to pay for parking. Parking lot isn’t gated so not sure what you are paying for.

Friendly service, very clean, comfortable and quiet.

I can't say there was anything I disliked. Maybe some improvement on breakfast, fresh scrambled eggs, slices of bacon instead of pieces.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. They're really the difference between 'OK' and 'OUTSTANDING' at many places and this is one of them. I needed a vase for some flowers and there wasn't one in the room. Went to the front desk; they didn't have them in housekeeping but she went looking herself and found a solution. All the staff were helpful like this (on the phone and in person). Bed was super comfortable, shower was fantastic, and the room was absolutely spotless. Bonus few people notice but is nice: The door keys are tap/contact. ...much faster/easier than hotels with picky magstrip readers you have to slide 3x.

Paying for parking the nights I'm staying there? While $8/nt isn't bad; it's still lame.

Good location by the airport with courtesy shuttle. Beer and wine are available.

The location is great for staying at the airport You are in franchise food heaven, the light rail is two stops from the airport, and there's a Target, outlet stores, a Carhartt store, and an Ikea nearby. The rooms are very large and good for yoga, meditation, and exercising (bring a mat!). I like the layout of the Hyatt Place generally.. The front desk was great and let me switch rooms, which was nice.

The breakfast could be healthier and better. They put coffee, tea, cider and hot chocolate out in the lobby which is nice. A few things were goofed up in the room--a light unplugged, dirty coffee cup, clock radio in some other time zone, etc., but everywhere seems struggling these days and it wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely stay here again.

Extra clean and smelled good, plus convenience to so much shopping.

Comfortable bed w/separate living room was nice. Good breakfast. Those muffins were amazing!
