Great location wonderful staff. Highly recommended unless they want a working hot tub.

Quiet, clean, safe for walks. Staff was wonderful. During our stay there was a team of travel ball elementary & middle school age children. The parents were not on point to keep the cacophony within acceptable behavior and noise levels. The staff was very quick to remedy the situation and moved us to a quieter room away from the racket.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the hot tub on premises. The hot tub jets were missing which made using the jets unpleasant.

Breakfast was good. Room very spacious, clean and organized. Friendly staff and family environment.

the room should have same qty of towel as capacity Room when guests arrive. Small parking lot. Early check in not available.

I like that the hotel was able to accommodate my Family of 6 comfortable. Some places will make you split up but not this hotel. 2 people per bed and we used the sleeper sofa as well that's folds out and that slept 2 people comfortably.

The room was spacious, cozy and exceptionally clean.

We got to the hotel late in the evening but the heated pool was open and it was perfect! The breakfast had very good variety and tasted really great. We chose this hotel because of the location close to the Ringling Museum. It’s very convenient

tolerable but overpriced

Location near kid's school, spa was useful for sore muscles after long drive.

Breakfast buffet uniformly COLD. Waffles looked like they'd barely been defrosted. Eggs plastic-like. Ended up elsewhere for brunch. Bathroom small for room size, could barely close door without hitting up on toilet, partial shower door meant water on floor. Bed very firm, hard to get comfortable.

Room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping was spectacular. They checked on us every day with clean towels changed trash and even made bed and straightened the room. Front desk was very very friendly to welcome you. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and different every day!!

With exception of the bathroom, the room was roomy.

The bathroom was small. Very difficult to enter and then close the door due to no room.

Don't depend on their airport shuttle or on courteous, knowledgeable desk clerks.

The room and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was a nice space as well. Close to airport.

We picked this hotel because it was near the airport. We planned to use the hotel's airport shuttle since we were arriving at different times. But the day we arrived---they said the shuttle driver was unavailable and the front desk clerk told me to get an Uber and the hotel would reimburse me. After I did and arrived at the hotel, I was rudely told there was no guarantee of reimbursement...that it was up to the manager (who, amazingly---never materialized during my entire 4 day stay). I complained to corporate about the failure of the hotel to live up to its commitment, the extremely rude front desk, and the fact that the manager seems to be a phantom person. No response. Great job, Hyatt. I'll book elsewhere from now on---even if your price is the best. It's a matter of principle.

Disappointing

Room was nice.

We had no water for a full day due to a scheduled maintenance. We weren't informed that housekeeping was every 3rd day. On our 3rd day no housekeeping. Parking lot had a lot of litter. We had a clogged drain but maintenance came up quickly. Our room was missing a remote for tv someone came up quickly with a new one.
