It was excellent and awesome. Location was awesome. We looked the stay.

Everything was awesome, just i felt that there could be a more gluten free option in bakery item.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, well appointed rooms and incredible food. The hospitality and service provided was truly exceptional and the point of difference. From the booking and check in experience, to the care taken during the stay, everything was of the highest standard. Mr Souvik and Ms Sahara went above and beyond any expectations to ensure all aspects of our stay were truly stand out. Both also made sure the special occasions we visited for were celebrated brilliantly. Both are warm, exceptionally professional and a credit to the brand. They are joined by Mr Kuntal who made sure all dietary preferences and food choices were effortlessly achieved with charm and kindness. We are very grateful.

wooden floors are cracked in some places,plus some furniturre got worn out and these require some repair and replacement .Furthermore,mosquito infestation specially in the lobby needed to be taken care of.

The staff were super nice. Mr Banerjee, the Concierge, Mr Raghav at the reception desk, the housekeeping manager and the head of the kitchen staff were really nice. There was music at night in the hotel from a wedding ceremony that disturbed my sleep. When I complained, they took action immediately and moved me to a quiet room. I was in Kolkata for work at the university, so I needed peace and quiet to read and also to rest. Mr Banerjee offered me free access to their exclusive club lounge every evening. That was very generous indeed. He also said I could use their conference room whenever I had to read and there was noise on the property. I was very happy with that. Mr Banerjee also offered me a free chauffeur-driven car to work because my work at the University was pro Bono. However, I didn't use his offer because the University gave me a chauffeur-driven car. Mr Raghav offered me their Spa to freshen up because I had a 12-hour wait between check out and departure. On my last day, the kitchen chef made special Bengali food for me. Delicious! The staff gave me a farewell cake at breakfast on my last day. The kitchen staff were very nice and respectful. I very much appreciated their generosity .

I was very upset with the night time music from wedding ceremonies but they found me a solution for that.

Staff behavior is not good and also I have booked a hotel for 1 day but they had taken money of 1 and half day and when I ask for GST bill they had not given but they had taken the money of GST. Because of this behaviour I have stayed only in day time and not stayed in the night time.But then also I have given the money of 1 and half day.
