Very comfy room and great location with a beautiful vista of the Mediterranean

Convenient location for tourists. Friendly staff. Great view. Room was cozy. Hotel interior is nicely decorated.

For the duration of my stay power to the block was cut for two hours every day around noon? There can sometimes be a gassy smell hanging around the rooms.

Great value for money

Almost everything - Superb view - Excellent location, at walking distance from all the main touristic locations, and near the tram and bus stations. - Comfy bad - Clean - More than sufficient facilities

Needs little fixes - Breakfast is OK but can be butter (yogurt, tea, honey, jam and bread). - Poor wifi - It's not really a hotel, just a floor in a big old building (this is not a con, but just to explain to people).

It’s ok but could improve a lot

Good balcony and view spacious rooms

Tv didn’t work towels had stains staff didn’t speak English nor too bothered about helping they failed to tell me I had breakfast in with my room and kept knocking on my door constantly for any silly questions plus the elevator only the middle one works it’s a bit sketchy and the power for whole building goes out for hours I was trying to charge my phone no power or elevators so expect to haul your luggage up ten flights of stairs

Room didn't match pictures

The view from the common balcony was amazing, not the room though. The evening receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

I had to upgrade to a triple room right before my check-in so I contacted the hotel through WhatsApp and they sent me pictures of a triple room but the one they checked me in was very different from the pictures- it was very narrow and suffocating. And when I complained the receptionist who was available was very non-chalant and told all rooms are similar its not a big deal. The check-in was late, not at 12 as promised,, The breakfast was very bad and the bread was stale. We stayed for 2 nights but got no room service - the wastebaskets just kept piling up and we had to change the trashbags ourselves.

Great hotel for the money

Good value for money. The location is great and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Nice and very helpful staff. Stayed at this hotel couple of times and definitely will be back. Highly recommend!

value for short time stay and visit Historical places.

Lots of noise of Dogs Barking outside any times, specially early morning,Shower on low pressure and was broken. Staffs so friendly, Basic Breakfast. Good view from Balcony.

Fit to Purpose Stay

The location in the heart of Alexandria near to most of its attractions and msrkets

During checkout the reciptianist went first to inspect the room and its content before she let me go. I was offended by that.

Very good

Location is very good, but it's difficult to find it even if you use taxi! Anyway I visit this hotel again because the the staff is very nice and helpful and price is very good comparing to next door hotels.

The breakfast is pure and thay are delivering it at the room very early!

GREAT AMAZING FUN, I’d book with them again for sure

The staff is amazing and so helpful and kind. The location is really cool. If you’re American and an artist you can appreciate a stay here. The outside doesn’t resemble a hotel but an old apartment or office building. But the inside is very cute. I liked it so much because it gives of a real feel that you’re outside of America. Again artists can appreciate this very much. The breakfast isn’t eggs and French toast. So better to eat out. But if you need something to go it will make you full until then. I like so much if you ask for help from staff they really go above and beyond to help you. I truly enjoyed my experience here. It’s no Hilton but I didn’t want that Hilton feel. I wanted an experience overseas. And I got it here.

There’s no heat. I hated it at first but after it was okay because it added to the artistic effect that I was looking for and could eventually appreciate. I also would’ve liked eggs and French toast or even pancakes something anything other than bread. But it’s okay there’s so many restaurants near by. Like I said the small breakfast they give can and will hold you down until you get to where you need to go

very rude staff, all mentioned facilities not available (TV and fridge not working, no coffee machine or kettle) and no breakfast I booked a room with a balcony and city view and I got different one

The room style overall was very beautiful, I felt like I'm in an old movie View was amazing Wide room Friendly staff

The terrace doors have some gaps and don't move easily.. The toilet is not comfortable

great hotel will reach top

from the exterior it looks like old building but the interior is 1000 time better than exterior the staff are very friendly kind and understanding we booked a twin bed room it was small with a balcony but pretty much the best the location is wonderful near corniche and restaurant all around the location overall I’ll give it a 8/10

the only thing which wasn’t good was the wifi sometimes was slow
