Parking facility is poor. Staffs are good.

Service inside the restaurant was good

The amount was debited before I reached. Booking.com informed that it will be done after reaching the property. They were not giving proper answer for this

Excellent Hotel and enjoyable experience .

Food is good . The seating areas are good . Lounge is good . Check in and Check out is smooth and fast .The staff at the reception and also the housekeeping are helpful and prompt .

VFS Schengen Visa centre is very close. Clean facilities, tasty food, professional staff; we look forward to coming back

This is a well known western hotel chain that falls within the economy range in Europe. Please don't expect to have ultra luxury of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Rather, you will get clean bedding, clean western bathrooms, very tasty and hygienic food. Well mannered and trained staff who know how to handle guests professionally. I booked this place for my mum and dad for a visa centre appt. And they are very happy with the facilities and how they have been treated with care. Easy car parking spaces. Uber is also always available. Thank you Ibis staff. Keep up the good work.

Nothing really to put you off, but just to be aware, the first 4 floors are offices. The hotel reception starts from the 5th floor.

Bad Stay

The hotel is in the prime location of anna salai and the breakfast was really good and very delicious food we had during the 2 nights stay.

The room was really bad, very small and the bed is not comfortable and while sleeping the bed slips to the end of the cot. The bathroom is really bad and couldn't take a bath as the shower area is really small and there is no water pressure in the shower and sometimes the water gets stopped and comes again after a gap of few minutes and the same was conveyed to the reception during the check out. Not the worth value for money staying at this hotel.

Water temp in shower was just lukewarm both days and hence very unsatisfying I was disturbed repeatedly after 11 pm by a large group who kept knicking in my door as they didn't find their group members I called reception and informed but no action and I was again disturbed at midnight

Definitely, I would plan my stay @ Ibis during my next visit.

Good connectivity to all places, food was xlnt & overall had a good time.

Due to no ventilation the corridor to the room was smelling bad.

the cleanliness and the room. The bedsheet on our bed had blood stains on it. I have lived in other ibis hotels but this one was not up to the mark.

Don’t waste your money here.

Very under trained staffers. Key fob wasn’t working and the person made me shuttle 4 times up and down to get it done. No coffee powders and they take forever to get a few sachets to the room.

This should have been a disappointing stay but their breakfast made it a passable one. But definitely NOT WORTH FOR THE

Location & the Breakfast! Special mention to Mr. Ajith in the restaurant during the breakfast.

Not worth for the money. I booked it for my family with my 3.5 yrs old kid with me, the bed was so small, it’s just a standard bed. We wouldn’t mind charging extra for the kid instead we were offered standard. Also, the room was too small and bathroom was just a cabin. There is no one to carry your luggage to the room, you have to manage by yourself by a trolley.
