В этом отеле не первый раз, но с каждым разом он становится хуже. Ничего не делают, только когда откровенная поломка. Хорошее расположение, парковка, своя мини территория с бассейном. Пр должном обслуживании отель бы радовал своих посетителей ещё много лет. На короткое время в нем более чем комфортно.

Не понравится вид на стену, хуже вида не придумать. Достаточно грязно, песок и волосы в углах. Грязные и шумящие кондишены.

bathroom smells like drain, shower always gets clogged and floods. the water temperature control for the shower is not accurate it is hard to get the right temperature running, it is either too hot or too cold. male receptionist was unfriendly. we stained the bedsheet and duvet due to leaking tattoo ink unintentionally. from that incident the male receptionist refused to provide us another duvet cover while also trying to charge for the sheets. this was unfair and very unprofessional as accidents happen, we resolved the issue ourselves by sending the sheets to a dry cleaning company to remove the stain. the problem with this is not the charge the receptionist was trying to place on us, but the fact that we had to sleep without a duvet cover since we “already dirtied the duvet cover”. we had to sleep on a duvet that had a yellow stain that looked like it was from bodily fluids as he did not allow us to get another cover until we returned the sheets. pictures of stain are attached. as we were sent a letter saying the covers needed to be cleaned or we would be charged 3000 baht, we expected at least clean bedsheets while we rectified the issue. and if any future sheets were dirtied we would accept full responsibility and provide payment as we have with the previous dirtied bedsheets. housekeeping is said to be everyday however we realised the bedsheets were only flipped around and not replaced as we noticed the pre-existing stain on the bedsheet has moved locations.

Comfy and well equipped apartments for Patong beach!

Good nifty little apartment for those wanting a comfortable stay in Patong Beach where you can cook. Very clean and they offer daily cleaning which is great. Amazing shower and comfortable bed. Gym is small, but air conditioned and okay for a small workout, and the pool we didn’t use as it’s in the shade most of the day but it’s a nice addition to the hotel/apartments.

Our personal experience with the staff at check inn wasn’t great, the HDMI port on the TV, and the wifi, didn’t work in our room so we requested to change which they let us, but it seemed as it was a problem! It also states you get free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day but when I asked about this, I got told this is incorrect… Wifi didn’t work throughout our whole stay, 5th and 7th floors and also in the gym it didn’t work. I had a SIM card so wasn’t a problem for me but needs to be fixed for sure!

I WILL NEVER COME BACK

they cleaned my room everyday

the internet was not working half the time. they continue to make poor excusses for the very poor internet. about every 30 minutes the internet was cut and I had to wait 10 to 30 minutes to restore. the pool did not have any chlorine and smelt like it could be infectious. the room was over priced. i found better rooms for cheapier. im not happy with booking.com also. phuket was the biggest girl for hire i have every seen.

I was travelling with my kid so the main thing was to ensure her food. this properly offers the cooking facility with is great. stuffs are professional.

too far away from the beach, they said in Booking.com that it’s 800 m away from beach but actually it’s 1.2 km. not recommended for staying in off season. in the entire hotel there was 2/3 room have guest only. it’s a bit side form the city and it looks a horror house after midnight. I lost my key in the room, the receptionist help me to open the room from housekeeper key. but when I asked how much I have to pay if I don’t found it, she asked me 1500 Thai bhat which was shocking. She was asking me the full lock price. but I’m not sure if they already have the copy key why I need to pay the full lock price. This types of lock offer 4 keys worldwide. And also in our country it will take USD 3 maximum to make a copy key. As a damage cost I think it should be not more then 500 Thai bhat anyways I got the key finally

The pool is nice. Gym is OK.

The apartment specification was not as advertised, and reception staff just told us to speak to Booking.com as not their problem. We left 2 days early despite having paid for the room in advance and were offered no refund.

The place is not clean at all, when I arrived I went to buy products for clean the kitchen and wardrobe. Men Staff (expected the lady then) are not friendly at all, never smile and act like they was there for I don't know what reason

Only the reason the proximity to the beautiful mall,Jungceylon mall and Patong beach is a walking distance.

The place is just not what a hotel should be,the bed is uncomfortable,the reception area smells-a combination of food and stuffy smell.the lobby is adjoined with the kitchen which explain why it smells food.the outside location not very inviting with visible dirt on the servitude street leading to the hotel.it was the longest week I have ever spent in a hotel and would never use this facility ever.
