It was okay.staff was great..

Breakfast was closed most of my stay. But did manage to get some ff they were great.for lunch..once staff wonderful.

Pot smoke strong .all up down hallway .balcony. people loud throwing cans full beer over balcony. Yelling up down hallway.. till 3am or so.but I understand can not control that big of crowd.we staying in for 2 or 3 days just trying to rest and. Avoid them wanted to use hot tub but could bleach was way over whelming and well we lost about 3days of my vacation due to others actions.i stayed a whole week well over a 1000.$ but loved the room and staff..

Bad

The view was nice, the staff were friendly. The doorman is great.

Dirty room,I had to clean the toilet before I could use it. Pool had safety issues. Overall, the accommodations were run down and in dire need of repairs.

First room TV didn't work. Moved to another room hallway smelled live Marijuana receptionist knew it she was the first and did nothing even though I had a kid with me. The door wouldn't lock because it was out of align. Beds were just springs no pads my body was in bad shape the second night. Comforter had food stains didn't look like anything was changed on the bed in a while. This tv was about 30 inches and had lines going down you could see where someone punched it. We ended up leaving early and they wouldn't refund they didn't even acknowledge I was checking out early until I said something. I will never step foot in this place again hole building smelled like until cakes.

Maybe the view of the back deck but not worth the stay.

Stained up blood mattress.Dirty stain pillows,dirty pillow cover,stain mattress cover. Bathroom tub is TERRIBLE. Dirty bathroom. Wall fixture coming apart. Rooms wasn't cleaned. Bad stay

Enjoyed the bar

No breakfast. They charged for a small buffet, Huge choir festival going on

We walked in our room and it wasn’t clean yet. Beds wasn’t made. Got another room. Card didn’t work to get in and to go back and get the cards activated

Desk clerk was nice and helpful

Repairs to the bathtub was gross. The sidewalk between the front drive and parking lot appears to have heaved making it unsafe, at least for me. I tripped and fell hurting my hands, right wrist and right knee,

Awesome staff and value.

Friendly staff and very clean. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Wish the kitchen was open a little later, but the food was great and not as super high priced like a lot of resorts.

Not very happy

Great location Friendly staff

Very outdated walls were repaired and paint did not match . Outlet was loose, bathroom was clean but looked like it could use some tlc. Tub looked like it had some mold where it was caulked. Floor tiles were broken in the bathroom and in the elevator. Ok for 1 night last minute room but would not stay there for days.

Good

The hot tub and the view was amazing.

The room smelled musty and the hotel in general wasn't really kept as clean as others we had stayed at that were alot cheaper than what I paid to stay here.

Concert weekend at the lake

The location. The view. Actually pretty quiet.

Just seemed outdated. Old carpeting. Needed a fresh coat of paint.

We stayed only one night because the conditions were terrible. We checked out the next day.

Location was the only thing about this place that was a plus. The view was nice but you had to take an arc to get from the room to the pool.

Room was disgusting. Paint and spackle peeling from the ceiling. Dried Spackle in tub. No shower drain No bed skirt so the foundation was exposed Only 1 night stand and one lamp in room. Tv channels were very limited. No cable Balcony did not appear to be safe Headboards covered with a white substance that wouldn’t come off.

Horrible beds.

Excellent view

Not 3 star! The bed was horrible. I couldn't stand up straight the next morning. The hubby and I kept rolling into the middle of the bed because it was so broken down. Bathroom has horrible lighting. The tub was disgusting. It has black stains in it.

Great stay! Extremely poor service from Booking. com. Waiting on your response!!!

Staff allowed us to check earlier in than their stated terms, which was great. We had to leave earlier than expected due to health issues. The front desk was extremely understanding and issued a credit immediately for the one night that we didn't use. We really appreciated that. Told us we needed to contact booking to confirm cancellation and refund.

Pillows on the beds were horrible, like sleeping on bricks. Mattresses were just fine. Everything else in the room was just fine. When we left that is when the problems started. Attempted to contact Booking several different times to follow up with Booking per instruction from the property. Booking reps either didn't have a clue what they were doing or didn't give a hoot. Was hung up on twice. Inn at Grand Glaize has already issued a credit, now it is time for your company to take care of their portion of the equation.

The bathroom was dirty, we got our own supplies from the supply closet to scrub the toilet and sink before we even got unpacked. a 2x3 foot section of ceiling in the bathroom was peeling badly above the shower. the ceiling was separated with a 1 inch gap the length of the room which was above my bed. And when we ask the housekeeper for towels since we did not have them clean our room it was like an act of God. They did not have enough clean ones to supply us.

Could be better

Most staff were fantastic.

Door wouldn't operate with key card, hence it wouldn't lock when leaving the room. Took 3 trips to the front desk and a full day of nothing being done to secure the room. Finally was able to speak with the facility manager and the door was fixed. No offer of stay discount was offered and honestly the manager acted annoyed that she had to take care of the safety and security of a guest and valuables.

The location

The outdated falling apart rooms, shower was all rusty. The hotel just stinks.
