Great place with outstanding service

Great location, very nice and well equipped rooms. But the best in hotel in personnel, they go above and beyond, amazing service. Ethan from minute we walked in made it so welcoming!

Coziest, luxury and friendliest.

What an amazing experience! The staff take care of your every need, breakfast is amazing and every morning you walk out the door to your skis waiting for you. There is a hot tub overlooking the village and the mist comfy lobby fireplace.

Exceptional

This is our third time staying at Lost Creek. We were delighted to see many staff still at The Inn after a tough CoVid year (to us, that speaks volumes about how the staff are treated well by management). This stay was our first time with kids in tow. They LOVED everyone and everything. The breakfasts are always delicious. The sister hotel’s pool and water slide were a hit with the kids. We had an excellent time. Very pet friendly.

We really liked everything. The price is a little steep but for the location, friendliness, etc., we were happy.

beautiful hotel, maintenance a bit shoddy

Bed was super comfy. Location on mountain was amazing, and breakfast was great!

Bathroom sink and tub drains were both clogged. The air-duct also made a loud buzzing and rattling vibration. Hotel management should do a better job ensuring quality of rooms.

A nice place but they nickel and dime guests for whatever they can.

Comfortable bed, small kitchenette was nice. Gondola service to Telluride was very close to the hotel and a fun and free transportation to town. Good breakfast.

The price was too high for the accommodation. They charged a resort fee per night which made no sense since there was no particular facilities, workout room or a pool. They also told us on arrival that they only had Valet parking for $25 a night, something not mentioned at booking and inconvenient since we had to go to the front desk to have someone take us to the car when we needed to get something. It was a normal parking lot and guests could have parked themselves. You'd think for over $450 per night there would be free parking. One of the main window with view of the mountain was fogged up due to problem with the glass.

Excellent location and staff but would have appreciated a room with a better view for the $.

The staff was outstanding. This was one of the most personal, professional and courteous staff I have ever encountered. The location is outstanding and close to the Gondola and Mountain Village Plaza.

The room location was a bit unfortunate with a view of the roof rather than the mountains and surrounding area.

WILL WE BE BACK TIME AND TIME AGAIN!

The Inn at Lost Creek is a very special place. The staff is extraordinary - kind, attentive, friendly - they make you feel you are coming home to your home in the mountains. The pet-friendly aspect (we brought our dog) is incredible. Your pet is so welcome, it's so convenient to dash outside for a quick walk or play in the snow. The room was wonderful. We took a studio room and it had EVERYTHING you could think of including laundry, a small kitchen, a balcony. THE BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC. Delicious food and a wonderfully complete assortment. SO WORTH THE MONEY! All of it! The Thai restaurant is also great - we had dinner one night at the bar, so wonderful. The ski valet service is top-notch...your skis are outside every morning, you put your boots on downstairs and there is a constant supply of sunscreen/water/eyeglass wipes. And the location cannot be beaten...it is right at the Village Express #4 lift, you can ski out right to it. The gondola to town or the Chondola to the shopping area is steps away - shopping is downstairs in the village with lovely shops, cafes, and restaurants all around. IT'S ALL RIGHT THERE FOR YOU. We will return next year and cannot wait. THANK YOU TO THE INN for taking such great care of us! You're all wonderful.

great location and outstanding staff. they have one hot tub on sight but they also give you access to a partner resort around the corner with a very nice spa with sauna, steam rooms, hot tubs etc…

The location was exceptional the staff was extremely friendly and genuine the amenities were excellent breakfast was excellent every morning

And Evan would have been great but we were in a studio the mini fridge had no freezer

Over all the stay was good.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was great!

The room we were in this time was cute but not great for us. The bed came up to my waist and so it was difficult to get in. The mirror in the bathroom was too high and I could not reach the safe. The Queen size bed was too small for my husband.
