Relaxing and peaceful

I loved the view from my bedroom. It was facing the Olympic sailing center ( dock). The lights in the evening were a sight to behold. The hotel manager was extremely helpful, I had an unfortunate incident of being out and it started snowing. While ordering my taxi, the phone battery was dying out and I called to hotel, he assisted me. The staff is also very warm and welcoming

The cabinet under the sink in my room looked broken, I could see dust build up and the damage was at eye level whenever I took a bath. This took away from the “ luxury” experience the hotel promotes. The bathroom mirrors and glass doors were also very dusty( it looks like months worth of stains). Besides this , I loved my stay

Great location, great joy but needs policies and equipment upgraded to a 5Star standard.

Air Conditioning was terrible in our rooms, didn’t cool the rooms down. Very uncomfortable, very unpleasant and ruined the stay. Also the credit card bond system needs to be open, not a limit. Very restrictive and has caused a lot of frustration and embarrassment.

Qingdao - Incredible place

I thought the location was super. The breakfast was good too as were the staff.

The room I was in was very tired. Lots of scuff marks and lots or corrosion on things in the bathroom. For the level of hotel one would expect a fresher room in terms of age and worn feel

A little tired.

Great location, good facilities in the room and friendly staff.

Room was dusty and felt a little old. Rooftop bar expensive.

Really nice, helpful and friendly service. Great big and clean hotel room. Delicious breakfast with everything you can think of.

Exceptional

I've stayed here a few times now. I enjoy it each time because the staff in every sector are courteous and cool. The gym and pool are lovely and clean. The hotel has lovely views, very nice room interior, but it is the lovely staff that make it 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you for a lovely stay

Perfect place to stay in central Qingdao

Everything was excellent, the lounge is great and the food was very good. All facilities and the Spa were as expected - fantastic. Great valve

Superb

Bed was extremely comfortable, upgraded to suite.

Rain shower didn't work. Rooftop bar didn't let us in for some reason.

Disappointing

not much at all

the room i booked was Sea View but I got the backside view of the street. service at the restaurant was very limited and the choice on the menu was not available.

Disappointing

The staff and the buffet restaurant.

The rooms are quite old. It is really not worth the money if you're expecting a luxury experience. When I got into my room there was dust over every surface, like they hadn't been cleaning for months. The bathroom needs some renovations too. They upgraded me into the Suite but it really didn't look like it.
