Short of a great stay

Location and cleanliness was great

We had to book 2 double twin bed rooms. It was myself, my husband and son. They was more than enough room for three in one double twin bed room.

Convenient location with shopping, high floors with great views and breakfast to boot.

Location, right on top of the shopping centre and train station is convenient. Breakfast has a great spread of japanese and western food, and an awesome panoramic view of Sapporo.

Room beds are a little small for a 'double bed' it's more like the size of a single bed. The photos make the beds look alot bigger than it actually is.

location was convenient, just what i needed to keep everyone happy even had a pokemon centre near by :)

Great location.

The location is excellent. Right next to JR Sapporo station and very close to Daimaru. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need, even some bonus ones like a basic hair scrunchy.

また、来たくなる宿泊でした。

朝食も美味しく頂きました。フロントスタッフの方も良かったです。お部屋も綺麗に清掃されていました。ロケーションは最高です。ゆったり過ごせたので良かったです。

スパ、大浴場の料金は高いと思いました。せめて1000円で入れたら良いかなと思いました。

Great location

Staff are very accomodating - A for effort but sometimes outcome not the desired one but lets out thst with the language issues

A more available concierge - most of the the time the one that helped us were tge team of the bell captain and they are really not trained for thst

I feel over charged. The room is very small hard to move around and bad scum smell especially in the restroom, but it was very expensive.

Location, Staff, Property, Room exceeded our expectations!

The breakfast was great and a lot of options. Loved the Hokkaido ice cream flavors each morning. Location is very very convenient. Staff was very helpful and greeted every time we entered or left the lobby. The room was very spacious, cozy, and a lot of amazing toiletries that bringing any is not necessary.

Only wished they had a gym or facility to work out in. But it's really not that big of a deal.

Location is very convenient with shopping and train station directly below hotel. Ski bus also stops at hotel. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is delicious.

Room decor is quite dated, especially the toilet and no smart TV

There was no cocktail bar even after advertising the rooftop bar it is a restaurant and is sitting with the breakfast buffet. Also there is no fitness facilities for exercise

It’s pleasant to stay on our first day of the trip in Japan.

the view from our room is spectacular and the hotel is accessible from the underground walkway and very close to the train station and subway. Staff were very helpful in finding my lost bag.

we need to wait around 20 minutes for our breakfast buffet at around 9am

great location, lovely breakfast, fantastic city view, I miss this place already it has given us a unforgettable experience, the spa is a place we would visit every night also

cleaning, we found in the room refrigerator has two bottles not belong to us…
