Stayed a few times.. But Standards are dropping. Won't stay again

Good variety of food. New dishes on daily basis

Couldn't accommodate having 3 adult single beds in the room.. Was a double and a child single bed..was told to make do as busy 😡. Also the evening entertainment isn't up to standard.

Perfect

The hotel is big with 4 swimmingpools. Very clean and very good service everywhere at the hotel. Food is very good. The staff is kindly and very helpfull.

Too crowed hotel that is trying

Good food and nice staff that was helpful and friendly.

Too crowed, not enough sunbeds to all the guests, people must have been up really early to place the towels to take sunbeds which should not be allowed. The worst thing was the water slides, the hotel has two, and they are open ONLY 2 hours per day. Its a joke. The hotel is full of families and the hotel is fully booked and they choose to close the water slides almost the whole day. I even called before hand to check that the slides were open the whole day and was told yes, twice.

plenty of drink ice cream and snacks across the hotel and entertainment.

we booked two rooms and requested them to be next to each other. unfortunately once we got there we was on two different sides of the same building I was 19 doors away from my other children and partner. it was so so disappointing!!! we had to keep splitting clothes our belongings had to run back and forth with the things we needed!! the pool sides there’s not enough sun beds and the food menu was repeated every day. the waiters rush you to eat and hurry and leave whilst your eating they start collecting your plates from table. hotel lobby wifi terrible

Highly recommended to everybody

Food was outstanding, very friendly staff, cleanliness excellent, location very good, all the facilities were exceptional.

Night time very noisey because of loud music till 11.30 pm and we couldn't sleep till then, apart from this problem everything 10 out of 10.

Avoid if you can

good food clean rooms

Unhelpful staff when we asked to speak to manager, we were told he is not here when in fact he was sitting in his office at the back ! The property didnot give us the rooms we had booked over crowded swimming pools

sunbeds we’re the worst I’ve ever seen. people sleeping on them from 2am. first all inclusive I’ve had to pay for kids clubs , fresh orange , candy van. absolutely shocking. will not be back

Is highly recommend for families

Food is excellent , daily activities was excellent is highly recommended for families also the staff was helpful…

The water slides only for 2 hours a day which is not enough , I recommend to add more water slides… location to beach 15 walking … and the important thing is no fair for swimming pool chair

Never coming back

Well positioned hotel

Small, Hot, dark rooms, unefficient air conditioninig, not enough sun chairs for everybody, terrible entertainment team and the quality of guests made us book a boat trip for the last day in order not to spend time around them

Exceptional

Loved everything about this hotel. We had a great time. The staff where excellent and most helpful. The food was amazing and so much choice. The entertainment was brilliant for both adults and children. We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to go back.

won’t be back

the staff were nice

the hotel was full of drunk families whom let their kids do whatever the liked, I saw numerous altercations between guests, arguments etc! not enough sun loungers at all!!! I definitely will not be back and would not recommend it to anyone I know, most of my family had tummy bug throughout the holiday, as did other guests

poor rooms better to pay more for a hotel that doesn’t make money off you for extra charges

rooms were terrible need upgrade extra charges at hotel for internet/ towels/ room upgrades as rooms were not suitable standard and too small. could not even get a glass of water for children when we arrived as were told all was shut. when we got to rooms water in fridges we’re warm and in drinkable

Not relaxing at all.

the property was clean and the staff were friendly

I have never stayed at a hotel with so many people! We paid for all inclusive but didn’t get using it as we had to go to the beach everyday as we couldn’t get a sun bed at our hotel. It was completely packed with people and the pool was crazy. It just felt so claustrophobic. The entertainment was so loud every morning and afternoon. I understand it’s a family hotel but it wasn’t relaxing at all. Shouldn’t have so many people staying at once as there just wasn’t enough room for everyone.

Good value for money.

Food was excellent and lots of different options, Hotel was cleaned to a very high standard and the pool area is spotless.

Issues at check in, serious lack off sun loungers. Maybe better choice of alcohol drinks even if paying extra for premium brands was a option. Very poor Internet connection as well.
