great location and room size

location fantastic, close to everything. Room was enormous with excellent facilities but would have been useful to have instructions to use coffee machine.

explanation of resort fees prior to booking, however did book via third-party site so not hotels fault.

The blankets were super dirty asked for a new blanket the new one literally had stains as well. Room service never atten

The view was amazing. The pool was amazing

The front desk staff specifically 2 of them males had absolutely no idea what was going on or the prices they kept telling us 2-3 different things about a safe deposit were gonna get this much back we can’t use these certain facilities etc. we asked for a receipt cause they charged us room service for $1000 we ordered no where near that amount so which is crazy it really looks like they were trying to take advantage super shady etc theres lots of things they dont describe on the booking about access to wifi it just goes on and on

nice hotel, great comfortable beds, snack bar was delicious and the staff very nice. only downside is it’s a little expensive, and cans had a lot of trouble finding it . it’s on a funny street in the midst of many other hotels kinda crammed altogether . if you want to stay in Brickell it’s a nice place to stay otherwise. short walk to the bayside marketplace.

average, there is better places at the sorrounding area, don’t allow fancy lobby fool you.

dirty cups and plates at the restaurant. Average service. Fire alarm 4am and no coordination or information of false alarm, you just end up to street.

Would not book this hotel again for the price

The hotel was nice and clean

The fact that I was lied to about the Veterans discount. We had also asked of there would be any special food or menu since it was Christmas Eve... were told yes only to find out that wasn't necessarily the case. Dinner was whatever was being served at their overpriced restaurant

Disgusting over priced hotel in a bad area of Miami

The bed was comfortable but the room was dirty

The valet parking my car were unprofessional and nasty people. They forgot to get my car after I call there 30 minutes in advance and I come down and no car. Also the people in the street were attacking you by asking for money and pretended to speak to you in the morning as you were walking outside the hotel. I will never come back also the front reception and check in person was rude and short as she didn’t explain anything and I had to ask her many questions since I was new guest at this hotel. Lastly when I booked my over priced room online I had breakfast for 2 included. At the front desk, they did not honor this in my booking.

The location is great, big and clean room

WiFi for extra money!!!. I tried to use my cellular for an internet connection, but the cellular doesn’t work in the room. There was conference in the hotel, so all the facilities was closed for the guest. The minibar on the room was missing, someone took it and didn’t put it back
