El personal de recepción no ayuda

Estaba limpio, era silencioso y cómodo

El personal no ayudaba ni informaba en nada, cada cosa que preguntábamos no sabían ni hacían nada por saber. No sólo sobre la ciudad, restaurantes (era época de Ramadán y había muchas cosas cerradas) sino sobre el propio hotel: les preguntamos sobre el precio y el menú de su propio restaurante y no lo sabían pero tampoco se movieron para preguntar. Estaba a 30 pasos. Fuimos a preguntar al restaurante ¡y se acercaron a recepción a pedir el menú! En definitiva, muy pocas ganas de ayudar. Dormimos en una habitación triple, la cama del sofá incomodísima.

El mejor alojamiento en fes

El desayuno muy rico y son personas muy amables que siempre te sientes súper bien atendido ,también todo súper limpio y hermoso , te sientes en las mil y una noches, la verdad nos encantó la experiencia en este hotel.

Локация отеля замечательная: рядом пляж и Marina Bay. Из окна номера открываются красивые виды на Средиземное море. Поблизости много разных ресторанов и кафе. Отдельно хотела бы поблагодарить сотрудника отеля Redouane (он работал на ресепшн) за его помощь во время моего проживания, за замену номера, поскольку мой был непригоден для комфортного проживания и за его чуткий, персональный подход к клиенту. Только такие сотрудники и должны работать в отелях, и руководство должно их ценить )) Спасибо Redouane!!! Только за одну его работу ставлю отелю выше рейтинг, чем в действительности хотела бы поставить.

Система кондиционирования в отеле оставляет желать лучшего. В жаркое время года, а мы были в августе, она абсолютно не справлялась и нужным образом не охлаждала помещение. Это катастрофа для комфортного проживания. На завтраках в отеле ежедневная давка, помещение не вмещает толпы жаждущих поесть на день грядущий. Свободных столов не хватает, так же, как и некоторых видов еды, которую не успевают или не хотят пополнять. При этом, персонал не приветлив и не улыбчив. При мне столпилась большая очередь желающих выпить утренний кофе, но сотрудники ресторана совсем не спешили прийти на помощь. Любителей поплавать в бассейне спешу разочаровать: в этом отеле он совсем крошечный. И огромное количество людей повсюду, что делает его абсолютно недоступным для комфортного использования.

Good location, across the street from the beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area in walking distance

The beds were very hard. The street was noisy all night, cars beeping all night and many people out. If you are a light sleeper I suggest to not get a room with the beach view

Rubbish hotel

Very bad experience. The poor managerment. There is no basic thing provide .such as toothbrush. Slipper.eventhoug there is no toilet paper. They next day . They even do not refilled soap. there is no water provide. I call room service . They ask me go reception.. Reception ask me go room service.....

Satisfactory

Was attended at reception by the duty manager by the name of, Redouane, a very polite and helpful man who professionally sorted out a slight misunderstanding concerning our room, Redbourne was very helpful in this matter. Chamber made was attentive and our rooms were kept fresh and cleaned.

WiFi was poor and could do with an upgrade. I was off line for 60% of my stay having to go down to the lobby to get connected.

the shower wasn't working well, we had to shower in the bathtub, the phone wasn't working, I rented a room for 3 people, towels were for 2, I had to go to reception three times to get one more

be more transparent and inform guests of renovation works in progress, cleanliness, broken tap in bathroom, poorly working and dirty air conditioning, a lot of noise in rooms with sea view as well as pool view, earplugs are really recommended here otherwise it is impossible to sleep.
