Totally worth it will come again for sure

The location is very strategic, the gym equipped with latest machine, has dumbell but sorry no barbell and the hotel also provide parking for guest. Menu for breakfast was very good and the restaurant is spacious

Comfy room, wish it is at a better location.

Room was clean, modern style but a bit aged. Location is great and walking distance to Imago Shopping Mall. We drove, so glad there's allocated parking space.

The oceanus building where the hotel is at is run down and underwhelming. A lot of people loitering around the area, didn't feel safe with my family.

All in all a pleasant stay. Wouldn’t say it was worth what I paid

Super gym. Nice rooms. Great staff. Great tasting room service selection.

For an Executive level room, the ironing board should be retired to the museum. Iron almost fell off and hit my foot. Ordered a bottle of red with my steak but was sent a white. Staff were very attentive and quick to respond but by the time the red came, my steak was stone cold.

A short stay, but it did not live up the Mariott branding

The Pool was nice.

The rooms are advertised as sound proof, but this was not true. You hear every plane coming in or taking off from the airport, and on my last night there, the guests in the neighboring room could be heard very loudly. The guest car park on the 6th floor was did not give the feeling of security, as it was dark, isolated and the parking barriers were all open and did not seem to be working.

Fantastic, recommend to stay this hotel again.

Able to eat complimentary breakfast, able to walk distance to the mall and local outdoor market area along with stores and food places.

最高でした。

市街地へは少し歩くものの、Center pointやwater frontへのアクセスが良好でした。施設もまだ新しく清潔感があります。朝食は海を眺めながら摂ることができました。また、ルーフトップバーがあり、Happy Hourが19時から終わりまであり、半額でビールやカクテルが楽しめました。

sea view の部屋を予約して海を見ることができましたが、目の前はプールで海よりもプールがよく見えました。また、チェックイン時に15時になってもまだ部屋の最終チェックをしているということでしばらく待たされました。それにもかかわらず、ハンドタオルが不足していました。

Location on waterfront and close to food and shopping. 15th floor bar for viewing sunsets. Large rooms.

Inadequate hot water to shower in. Shower door opened outward into the room and Inadequate drainage. Water ran 3 meters across the bathroom. Needed more towels to clean up the water.

The location was very good. The overall construction of the hotel was very good and small things seem to have been done correctly which can sometimes be lacking. In other hotels. Rooms were very bright, location was wonderful.

The overall management of the hotel seems to be lacking. It does not live up to the standard of a five star hotel in regards to the staff and execution of service. We were not given any hand towels, even after requesting from housekeeping. The battery in the safe was low And I asked to have it replaced three times, which was never done. When towels were changed, no floor mat for the shower was provided until requested from housekeeping. The hot water from shower was only slightly warm, and again not fixed, even after three complaints. In general the staff did not seem properly trained And did not behave as would be expected in a five-star hotel.

The location of the hotel

- my shower head was faulty and i reported and it was fixed - the room require maintenance and it is not clean enough for me - have to call to clean the room and freshen it up - room service food i ordered (satay) was not fresh - very very slow front desk

Businessmans hotel in a great location

Location was great Room was quiet Pool area looked good but we didn’t use it

Food at roof top bar was awful cold and greasy and on a Monday night this was the only place to eat Average bathroom cleanliness Not up to usual Marriott standard

Brilliant

Infinity pool with a great view towards Gaya island was very special. Fantastic location, food excellent and overall experience of Marriott incl the stunning rooftop bar and restaurant was one NOT to forget.

All as could be expected with service minded staffs and attentive people.
