Great experience, i will soon return

Easy access to Metro station and also to the best shops in Jayanagar. The location is just great. The support staff are really awesome. Food choices of both breakfast and lunch are great too.

We had a very comfortable stay for our first stop in India and Bangalore.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and a delicious varied plentiful breakfast buffet. Our room was basic but comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, but little time for other faciliteis

Shower head in the bathroom! High traffic streets outside and nearby sidewalks were in tough condition.

La Marvella - Excellent hotel in Jayanagar

The breakfast spread is simply superb and you are spoilt for choice. Housekeeping was excellent

I had to request a reduction in music volume at breakfast, everyday of my stay, as it was too loud for comfort.

Superb

Excellent staff at the front desk and restaurants. Always with a smile and making us feel welcome. We had some special request and it was fulfilled with pleasure. Our daughter had to leave early in the morning and they made sure that she had a breakfast box. Very happy with the team.

Pleasant

The staff at the restaurant were very courteous.

I was in the restaurant when a group of elderly men had their dinner and at the time of payment they paid with a 2000 Rs note to which the restaurant manager came to an argument. I could hear the manager yell “mind your language” to the guests… not really an acceptable behaviour from the manager towards guests especially elderly men.

It was OKAY

The Location is definitely a plus point. Cleanliness is practised and I love the food. The Staff were courteous and room service was good.

There seems to be an electrical issue in the hotel and I had to change my room. It was disturbing

Great value for money

It was in a convenient location to all the attractions. The staff was also very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge selection of items.

Very good

The location is great for anyone who is not very familiar to the city. - the room was spacious - the bed and AC was comfortable - the staff is very helpful and nice - food and drinks are reasonably priced

The hotel looks dated and does not give a 5 star vibe . - most fixtures / lights in the room did not work - mediocre toiletries - bathroom shower needs a new head and I think the bathroom in itself needs an upgrade.

Great stay

Good location, very close to the metro and close enough to city centre and Lalbagh park. Nice large room, airy rooftop pool (and they manage to create a work around of having weddings arranged and yet keep the pool open in the day for guests, this is unusual as in many hotels in India one arrives to find the pool closed for weddings). Nice breakfast and good spa treatments, the 15 min complimentary leg massage is a nice touch! The staff are cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping/ cleaning and room service was good.

Initially we were on the 2nd floor in a room that had a bad view and the internal phone didn't work but once we contacted reception we were moved to the 5th floor which was great. The room itself was great. The only quibbles were the automatic blinds were fiddly and we had to listen to tables being dragged every night for a couple of hours on the upstairs floor (the restaurant was above our room).

Stay comfortable in Bangalore

The room was super spacious and comfy. The bathroom was equally big and clean. And the staff was welcoming, respectful and lovely. As an add-on the Metro Station „South End circle“ is only a few minutes walk away.

it was just amazing and the food served was of high standards!

excellent ambience and facilities. lacks publicity as no one seem to know your existence as a 5 star hotel!! check in and check out was smooth. the staff at the restaurants were nice but require more training to classify as 5 star

staff should be trained well to find solutions for the guest. I wanted my car to be cleaned as it had gathered dust traveling from chennai to Bengaluru. staff bluntly said it’s not possible and directed me to find a garage! I am a Sr citizen and is it right to go for a car wash which is not in my agenda as I have other things to do😄 hotel must add this service and can charge!
