The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nicely-designed bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was also good, with real scrambled eggs - the staff kept the area clean and restocked, despite how many people were there.
The front desk staff when we checked in was clearly sick, did not seem to know what she was doing on the computer system, and seemed to almost fall asleep several times when we were trying to talk to her to check in. We had to keep repeating our names for check-in. She also mixed us up with the previous guest halfway through the conversation.
We also got a room call around 11:30pm from the front desk, who greeted us informally with "Hey girl!" They asked us if we had booked for 1 or 2 nights and if we had paid by card or cash, then said they had called the wrong room and hung up. This was a very unprofessional call.

did not give me the room requested.. took a week to get the handicap room. toilet was not steady. sink faualt was loose. in the first room. 2nd room a/c did not work and the toilet seat crooked. the one shower head did not work. hand held one. told them nothing done. always saying going to get room should be today and never happened. double booked the room one time so never got. terrible Breakfast was the same thing every day. Never having enough. Running out of things.

Clean and close to my office and shopping
I think it’s a bit pricey for location and hotel accommodations. Tv channels are not the best. Rooms are clean but nothing fancy amenities are nothing special. The grounds could use improvement. Pool and such.

I wish there were more options for dinner food in the bar or the pantry so I don't have to go out. There are not any healthy options.

The whole time we were there the TV service was terrible. There was no HBO, Netflix, Show Time or anything. we brought it to the front desks attention, but they said there was nothing they could do. There were lots of religious channels, a children’s channel and 3 or 4 news channels. Because the weather was so bad (heavy rain every day) we were limited on what we could do outside. The pool & hot tub were closed due to being outside, so the TV would have made the visit a lot better. 🙁

The beds and wifi were awesome! I liked that the tv remote had a sleep timer. Location is great.
We had a handicapped room as I have a prosthetic leg. The provided shower chair was nothing short of dangerous. I felt if I had sat in it, it would have collapsed. Glad I had brought my own!! Suggestion. install a bench that goes from the toilet into the shower. The shower head slide was broken and some Home Depot thing was screwed into the wall that sprayed water in your face. Water drained out into the bath floor. Sliding door to the bath was terrible, terrible!!! The in-room coffee pot had a 12" cord which made it so it had to be plugged in on the desk to make coffee, right where my laptop was. There were a lot of folks there for a swim meet and the breakfast frig was cleaned out and not restocked for quite some time. The monitor gal was kind of clueless. I guess if you don't get there right at 6 am..... The gal on nights was not exactly customer friendly. The bar was only open 6 - 8. Really? Just a few tweaks and don't raise the price, and it would be a GREAT place to stay. My grandson who was in the meet will be competing in more meets, which means we'll be coming that way......

The bed was so comfy. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was good! We were very pleased! We will surely come back. We will recommend this place to friends. Thank you!

It is close to all kinds of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. I like that the check out is 12 pm and breakfast is until 10 am. Good for people who wake up late.

The fitness center. One treadmill kept shutting off every 2 minutes. The TV didn’t work in the room nor did the tv’s on each treadmill.
